Working in a customer service sector myself as a manager.... Callum was truly magnificent in his promptness and kindness towards resolving a problem - this level of service was just brilliant. Great prices on a range of batteries, but was very impressed by the customer service. I had an issue due to my own error and when I reached out for assistance, I was helped by David in the Sales team who, despite only recently starting employment at BMS, went out of his way to help me find a solution. He kept me up to date with progress, gave me various options and even phoned me directly to have one-on-one contact instead of just via email to get to a final solution, which I was very happy with. Great service and if they train all staff in the same way, you'll be pleased too.

Had a problem with an item I bought, contacted them about it. They appeared to be helpful but did nothing to solve the problem. Chased them a week or so later, one again they appeared to be helpful but haven’t heard anything for a couple of weeks. Solved the problem myself by buying a replacement part elsewhere.

This has to be one of the better places to buy Victron kit. They are very helpful and have huge stock levels.

I called Connor in the sales team to check stock levels before placing the order.
Basically if you want something quick and at probably the best price, these guys are hard to beat.
Kieran was on the front desk when I arrived 2 hours later to pickup my order. Easy parking, No waiting, he had the order ready to go.
I needed some more cables which he quickly sorted.

BMS Technologies sales team contact member Callum dealt with my issue of a battery failure, he advised me to complete the claims form and supply other information regarding garage verification of battery condition, purchase invoice and other information describing symptoms battery was showing , once supplied Callum quickly actioned a replacement to be despatched to me and my old battery to be collected as soon as possible, a very smooth procedure from start to finish.

Easy to order via website, reasonable prices, good communication, and my query on collection quickly resolved by Victoria.

Victoria Potts was very helpful indeed in advising me on the purchase of suitable battery for leisure purposes. She also consulted with your technical team i.e. power for a pump that inflates a paddle board. The battery purchased was light and maintenance free and I'm delighted with the purchase at a very competitive rate. She has helped me in the past with the purchase of 3 other batteries and she certainly goes that extra mile, and never disappoints.

Very helpful company, used them multiple times.

I have used this company in the passed and had first class service, my latest order was made at 15.17 on a Monday the company quote that orders made before 17.00 will be delivered the next day. I received a conformation email that item had been dispatched at 9 am on Tuesday, after contacting the company it was confirm my order would be arriving until the followed day. This is not the service that is advertised. This not an acceptable level of service.
