It was supposed to be the right battery and fit perfectly. After some removing of outer wrapping and sticking my tongue out at just the right angle it went in, still a little tight, but works great.

I found the batteries for my Canon EOS… 10S
I found the batteries for my Canon EOS 10S camera which I could not find elsewhere nearl was going to retire them camera which I love using!! I purchased the camera in the early 50's and traveled all of Europe and the Middle East using it. Thanks for still supporting older film cameras!!

I ordered a new battery and received a…
I ordered a new battery and received a bad one. I tested it when it arrived and it was obviously bad. I charged it to 100% it did not test much better, rated for 400 cca but never registers over 66 cca. Overall life went from .2 to .6% . Not real happy for my first experience and what was absolutely hilarious to me is when I asked for an exchange and to have one sent to me while the old is on the way back, I was told no, not until I get the old one back and test it! So you asked for constructive feedback, why not test them before they go out the door? I have my tracking on for the return, and I will be looking for a full refund. I picked up a new battery local today and it is a little better spected out and considerably less to my surprise so the story ends well.

Our warranty process does require the battery to be returned and evaluated before a replacement is sent, but we did provide a prepaid return label to make that process easier.
