Excellent products and fantastic customer service
My whole experience with Wakefield bathrooms has been fantastic. The products that I purchased were fantastic and at a much cheaper price than other suppliers. The customer service has been second to none, hannah has been fantastic. She has helped me colour match items to my brassware and in my opinion went above and beyond, the service I have received after purchase has also been outstanding, with simple returns and fast reply to emails. I will go nowhere else in the future.

The only thing I could add is that when customers receive a delivery email or text from a 3rd party delivery company that it states which supplier they are delivering for.

Thank you for the feedback Peter, we are working hard with improving our delivery company procedures, it’s something we have a few issues with and have used various delivery companies and none seem to be perfect. We are hoping we can get to having our own in house delivery service soon. BSUK
Absolute shambles of a company
Absolute shambles of a company..placed an order then after a week no notification of shipping..contacted them..they said it will be posted the following day with DPD..will be with you on Monday..never arrived..contacted them Wednesday..they said sorry..it’s now being picked up by royal mail…think this company is a scam..now waiting for a refund..but I’m not holding out much hope of getting it.

Hi Neil, I’m sorry to hear of the problems you have had getting the delivery, I have looked into this and it’s down to the transport companies and not us directly. It was sent the same day by DPD, however DPD contacted us to say they don’t deliver to your post code everyday after it was sent, they also advised us the delivery cost was 4 x times the regular charge because of the area, then Hannah in our sales team sent another one out with Royal Mail, unfortunately they haven’t been great at delivering quickly either. You cancelled the order and it was refunded immediately at our end, and we are still trying to get both the items sent out back to ourselves. I can assure you, we are not a scam and do take complaints seriously.
All I can do is apologise, we are trying to arrange better couriers. Sorry you had such a poor experience. Merry Christmas!

I have had great difficulty in finding a supplier for Hansgrohe products in the UK. On finding the Bathroom Shop UK my troubles were over. The service was prompt and couldn’t be bettered. Thank you

not really fair
i ordered 2 flush plates that could easily have been returned as they were untouched, the builder made a mistake and realised they were wrong.
Most companies would be flexible and allow a return of an untouched product they could easily resell but this company point blank refused.

Hi Emma, I’m sorry for the late response to your review, i wanted to look into this and see if it was firstly handled correctly and secondly if there’s anything else we could do for you. We do aim for complete customer satisfaction where possible.unfortunately on this occasion there’s nothing i can do, I have looked back into the order, to see you had the flush plated delivered on the 10th of July, then the request to return them was made on 11th November, our returns policy is like most others 30 days, if this was maybe a week over we could try get dispensation on the odd occasion but as you can see it’s 4 months. To add to that the flush plates you ordered were special finished, and not stocked lines, they aren’t the fast moving colours, or we might have been able to put them into stock to resale. We are really sorry you feel we were “not really fair” - I have passed all the information on to management to see if there’s anywhere we can improve as a company going forward. BSUK
