The Bathroom Showroom Omdömen

I visited the Bathroom Showroom on Sandleas Way, Leeds.
Received fantastic customer service and attention to detail. Received quote/ design quickly too.
Thank you to Jonathan for his excellent customer service, help with answering all my questions and from start to finish offering a friendly, professional service.
Would definitely recommend.

Amazing showroom and staff - especially Caitlynn who went above and beyond to help me. Very knowledgeable and solution focused.

Absolutely delighted with City Plumbing in Grimsby! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mia did an amazing job designing my downstairs toilet and cloakroom. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when I changed my mind about things! She was so patient, helpful and professional throughout. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and would highly recommend Mia and the team. Thank you! ❤️

Great service at the Grimsby branch. Mia Goodwin was above and beyond helpful.
Such a great selection of products to choose from, would recommend to anyone.

We have recently purchased a new bathroom from City Plumbing, Grimsby. When entering the showroom we were greeted by Mia Lord who was very professional, very knowledgeable and very friendly. She let us look around ourselves without any pushing. When we had chosen what we wanted Mia was very helpful, planned the bathroom on the computer and showed us 3D images. Mia gave us a lot of help and advice. Delivery was quick and was agreed for delivery when we were ready. We had 2 very small issues which were resolved immediately. We would not hesitate to recommend Mia and City Plumbing, Grimsby.

On visiting our local showroom in Lewes Sussex, Stephan the consultant was extremely helpful in finding us a 2m anti slip shower tray, exactly what we were looking for, discussed our options and then arranged for delivery at our chosen time. The service we received was exceptional

Tony Scarlett at City Plumbing at Colchester Ave Cardiff was outstanding for customer care. Guided us through all the options explained the technical issues. He was extremely patient with us Nothing was too much trouble he made the whole process seamless , can’t thank him enough well done!

Visited Lynsey Kemp several times in the Stirling showroom and was always very helpful nothing was too much trouble to change with our order. The order process was very smooth and the plumber was also in touch with Lynsey so made the process from order to installation very simple. Thank you Lynsey for all your help x

We called into showroom without appointment and Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
So much so we were reassured and ordered cloakroom suite . Gave a great price too .

Spent an hour with Emma who was efficient, informative and helpful with designing our shower room. Shortly afterwards we received a design with all the products we agreed upon. A great service!

I was so happy to meet Roxie Vasalie at City Plumbing in Colindale branch London, who handled my bathroom renovation project. She gave me some advice and product discounts. She was incredibly helpful and supportive of my bathroom renovation project. I’ve now completed the order for my bathroom renovation project.
I really appreciated City Plumbing’s warehouse facilities; they were a huge help. Thank you for your support of my bathroom renovation project.

I can’t recommend City Plumbing’s Altrincham branch highly enough, especially Tim Dop, the showroom manager.

After starting my bathroom design with a competitor company, I found myself needing to pick things up at short notice due to some questionable service. At this point, I turned to City Plumbing in Altrincham. Tim was incredibly accommodating, inviting me into the showroom for several appointments and immediately making me feel like a valued customer. From the outset, it was obvious that the level of service, attention to detail, and expertise was a step above what I’d experienced elsewhere.

Tim quickly understood exactly the look I was aiming for and helped me choose products that matched my vision perfectly, all while staying within the budget I wanted. He took the time to explain the options available, never pressured me into spending more, and even showed me products that hadn’t yet made it into the City Plumbing catalogue, which was a real bonus. I never felt like I was being rushed along as he had another upcoming appointment. Tim would take his time to show me around the showroom, and all the options available.

When a few last-minute issues arose with dimensions and logistics, Tim went above and beyond to resolve everything quickly and efficiently. His communication throughout the entire process was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way and making what could have been a stressful project feel more straightforward.

The quality of every item now installed in my bathroom is outstanding, and I’m genuinely delighted with the finished result. Just as importantly, Tim was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout - friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about delivering the best possible outcome for his customers.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend City Plumbing’s Altrincham branch to anyone looking for a new bathroom, and I especially recommend asking for Tim Dop. His customer service is second to none, and he genuinely goes the extra mile.

Thanks again, Tim, and thanks to everyone at City Plumbing Altrincham!

From start to finish we had outstanding service from The Bathroom Showroom particularly Ashleigh.
She understood our needs and was able to put together a suitable design. Her never ending patience with our changes was amazing! The fittings were delivered very quickly and are great quality.

Sukh at the Letchworth branch was very helpful and patient. It enabled us to put together the perfect units for our bathroom and ensuite which were held until fitting could be completed. We are very pleased with the finished result. We would highly recommend Sukh and the team for anyone looking to achieve a great result.

Visited the showroom and spoke to Gary who was very helpful. Ordered Bathroom units from Layla who was also very helpful and quick to respond to my many questions. The Units have been delivered and are really good quality. We have not had them fitted yet but I have every reason to believe it will look fabulous.

From Mia’s design to lots of advice on what was best for the size of our shower room, help deciding on what flooring to choose and bringing the whole colour scheme together, she was amazing….would definitely recommend Mia and City Plumbing for any bathroom needs

Never turned up to their appointment to measure our bathroom. All of their email communications have typos and missing words in, even though they are using boilerplate text. It feels like this is a scam just trying to get money from call complaints.

Mia and Gabby are friendly, professional, patient, and have a wealth of experience. They know their products very well and quickly identify customers' preferences, likes and dislikes, and their plans provide a clear image, bringing your bathroom alive, rather than having to guess what it'll look like. Changing a bathroom is a major upheaval (if you only have one) but with their guidance I'm much more relaxed about it now. Thanks, ladies :-)
Thanks also to Harvey who delivered everything. He was polite and helpful, putting the numerous boxes in the best place so that they were accessible but not taking up too much floor space.

First-class face-to-face and phone service. Natalie went out of her way to be helpful, research and find the product we needed and followed through on actions. Thoughtful proactive and competent.
