The crystal embellished jeans are probably the best jeans I’ve had in a while, they exceeded my expectations and they fit perfectly. I’m definitely copping something again

The pants are extremely high quality and I get many compliments on them! The pre-order process was easy too, and the customer service from Jean was outstanding.

I ordered two pair of jeans few days after seeing their ad. The quality of the crystal jeans is crazy. They look way better in person and they fit perfectly. I’m definitely ordering more items in the future

Terrible experience. I ordered the Jeans and they came perfectly, but they were a bit large on me. I returned them and asked for a larger size. The package was lost or they haven’t told me they’ve got it. I spent £150 altogether on the shipping and product, which is lost now. They haven’t given me a response at all. This is a scam, please don’t get fooled like me.

I ordered two jeans and I absolutely love them however I paid for express delivery which is supposed to arrive within 3-5 business days but the package arrived within 7days. I decided to reach out and ask what happened but they said there's a processing time, I wish they can mention the processing tike on the product page. I'm giving them 4 stars because of the delay in shipping

They sent a product that was absolutely nothing like what I purchased. They sent a completely different set of pants, the wrapping was cheap, the quality was off, the pants were the absolute most tacky things I’ve ever seen. When I tried to return them I couldn’t because it costs more to ship it from where I am because they’re in China. Also the flagged my first review so I’ll make sure to continously post everytime the do.

I saw their Ad on instagram and did a quick research before placing my order, saw some mixed reviews here but I decided to give them a chance. I bought a pair of jeans and boy boy I’m super satisfied and the shipping was fast. I would definitely recommend them

A big scam, never received the article I have ordered and the customer service is still ghosting me after several mails and messages on Messenger where I can see that they seen it!!!

ich hab mir die crystal jeans am 29.dez bestellt, aufgrund einer anzeige auf insta. ich finde die produkte auf der seite krass und die designs sind wirklich einzigartig, haben auch natürlich einen entsprechend höheren preis. was mich etwas nervt, ist die lieferzeit. ich hatte nicht gelesen dass die jeans preorder ist. eine tracking nummer hab ich am 10.1 erhalten was ich sehr akzeptabel fand für eine preorder jeans, jedoch war mein paket über 1 monat in shanghai. der flieger ist erst heute gelandet. ich habe mich zwei mal zum kundenservice gewendet aber mir wurde nicht wirklich geholfen. wirkte eher so als wollten die mir etwas einreden um mich wieder loszuwerden. bei den preisen hätte ich ehrlichgesagt auch nicht gedacht dass die sachen aus china verschickt werden, da kommen meine 10€ aliexpress bestellungen auch viel schneller, keine ahnung was für ein versandunternehmen die benutzen dass ein paket 1monat lang an gleichem ort und stelle verbleibt. ich freue mich auf die jeans und hoffe ich muss sie nicht zurückschicken, da es ja bei retouren wie beschrieben auch anscheinend probleme gibt. :)

I ordered the crystal embellished jeans for my son and they were taking long to be shipped, I decided to reach out to their customer service and ask what was going on, they responded really fast and told me that they were pre-order and it’s mentioned on the product page. I went to check on the product page and it was there. I just didn’t scroll down enough when I was placing my order. Their shipping took a bit longer than stated but when the jeans arrived i was very satisfied with the quality. I’m giving them five stars because the jeans quality exceeded my expectation and their customer service was supportive. My son is very happy

I’m one to do a lot of research on an item before purchasing and this website seem to have mixed reviews, so I took a chance. Big Mistake. I’ve ordered some pants about a month ago that I have still yet to receive. It took about 2 weeks to get the tracking information and now that I have the tracking information it states that it’s waiting in Shanghai. It’s been waiting in Shanghai since 1-11, the current date is 1-26. I do believe this website is a scam and all positive reviews were most likely written by members of the company themselves. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK BECAUSE YOU WILL BE BESTED OUT OF 150$.

I ordered jeans for my son for Christmas and still have not received them. Got some chumped up tracking number that shows them sitting in China since 12-19. Emailed the company over 6 times. Had to DM their IG site to get someone to talk to me. Then I was told that they were away for the holiday, that’s why they didn’t respond to me?? What! What clothing company shuts down for the holidays. I don’t think so. Guess I just got got for $150

I ordered crystal jeans as a Christmas gift for my partner and he liked them, the quality exceeded my expectations and they fit nicely. The shipping took a bit longer than stated on the website but i kinda expected that because of holiday season. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a nice pair of jeans.

I purchased the JHYQ STRAP JEANS - WASHED BLUE. The pants arrived after 26 days, about a week after the maximum amount of days allowable for delivery (max 5 days for processing + max 15 days for shipping), even though the busy December month might have slowed down the delivery. After opening the package, I immediately realized that the pants wouldn’t fit me so I tried returning them. The assistant I got in contact with (she signed her emails as “Jean”) seemed polite and was rather responsive despite the busy holidays period. However, she then recommended me to “declare the pants at $25 so that customs office doesn’t hold them”, which kind of seemed weird to me since intentionally declaring an object at a lower value than its actual price is illegal and considered customs fraud. In the end I gave up returning the pants because I felt like the procedure would have been unsafe.
The pants themselves are very cool and the fiber seems good quality but still not worth the 135$ price. They had a low-quality tint odor when I opened the package and, after I gave up returning them, I tried them on a few times and soon after the front button became rickety. No wonder their website doesn’t even have a reviews section.
Bad experience in general and would not recommend. I am giving 2 stars just because the pants’ design is very cool.

The time taken for delivery still does not add up and my review could be useful to warn potential customers of pretty consistent delays in the delivery of their purchase if they decide to buy one of your products during holiday periods. Further, I felt unsafe not because you didn’t give me enough information but rather because you suggested me to do something illegal (namely, declaring an object to customs at a value lower than its true one). I believe that is more than enough to feel suspicious towards (and thus unsafe to deal with) someone. There is very little room for excuse from Baroque Galeria in my case; again, this is just a review of my personal experience with them and it’s pretty embarrassing at this point how they are trying to justify themselves with any possible excuse they could find.
Not all negative reviews need to be justified but rather genuine critics should be accepted to improve and retain more customers.

The quality exceeded my expectations, the package arrived on time and their customer service was helpful when I needed size recommendations.

I ordered some clothes for my partner for Christmas. No qualms with the clothing, it's lovely, great designs. However, I would recommend you only order exactly what you need. I sent the products back, and even with the delivery company providing proof of delivery, they have claimed the products were never delivered to them. During the returns process, I was advised by them to not put the product price above $25 dollars so it would not get stuck in customs. Unfortunately, now the package is missing, it means I am down almost £200. Unlike any other company I've delt with, they won't give a refund for lost parcels.
Conclusion is, lovely products, try not to need to return anything.

I normally don’t do online reviews but i can tell you, baroque is the crème de la crème of customer service

I purchased two items from baroquegalleria, I love the quality of the items they actually look better in person in my opinion, the customer support was excellent and the items arrived on time. Would definitely be purchasing more items for this store.
