Amazing service from the staff here, ended up at the dealership by chance initially and am glad I did. I'd been to several dealerships looking for a car and the staff at Group 1 were miles better than anyone else I'd dealt with. Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.

The experience at Group 1 Skoda Maidstone was fantastic because from start to finish Keiran made me feel at ease, I never once felt pressured and he really listened to what I wanted/needed.
I told him my budget and he worked with this to get the vehicle we purchased.
I explained that I did not know much about Skoda cars or how well they drove but he did not hesitate in offering a test drive. I test drove 2 different Karoq cars and ended up purchasing the car I test drove first.
I am very impressed with his knowledge, customer service and how easy he made the process.
