Amit Maru at Audi Watford is 100% the guy you should go and see

Great service and reliable

Having decided on the car I wanted to purchase, the whole deal was seamless. I felt like I was the only person they would be interested in helping and they listened to all of my questions, being keen to help at every stage of the process.

Jess made buying the care a straightforward process, from the initial contact, to the test drive and completing the paperwork. We purchased a second-hand car, agreed the work that needed to be completed (service, MOT etc,) and collected the car later that week as agreed.

We were very happy with the presentation of the car on collection and handover. Top marks!

I would definitely recommend Group 1 Volkswagen Van Centre. Paul Turner from sales was great. I had an issue with the van on the day I picked it up but he arranged to get it picked up, fixed and back in time for the weekend, I live 150 miles away and Rob the driver is such a nice guy, he put in a late shift that day so I had my van for the weekend. Thank you to the whole team. Youve gone above and beyond.

The staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was seamlessly guided through each step of the purchasing process, and I received good explanations concerning all the necessary paperwork.
I have used Group 1 for many years; they have always demonstrated high standards.

Very attentive and helpful sales executive who knew a lot about the vehicles and went out of his way to get me a car that fitted with my needs.

Yes Iwas satisfied with the attitude and assistance with the purchase.

Exceptional customer service delivered in a professional and friendly manner

Good car dealer

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and best of all not pushy. They went out of their way to look up alternative options whilst I was out on my test drive of current stock without asking to.
Were more than happy to help me with other things also to help with documentation and understanding options also.

Fantastic one to one customer service

Friendly and helpful at all times

I was happy with the service at Group 1 Volkswagen Maidstone because the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured. The entire process from test-driving to financing was smooth and transparent.

Special thanks to Courtney Moir, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision. I drove away in a vehicle I love, knowing I got a great deal and great service. I highly recommend Group 1 Volkswagen Maidstone to anyone looking for a stress-free car-buying experience!

I'd endorse Group 1 Assured Peterborough Central because I was really impressed with the service from these guys, one of the easiest car buying transactions I have ever done. Reserved the Mini online, Brad got back to me in minutes with a Citnow video showing all the detail I needed.

Arranged to pick the car up, travelled from London and it was ready and clean as promised. After a quick test drive, the paperwork took minutes and I ready to drive away.

Thank you Brad and Tim for a smooth transaction, I will definitely consider this branch again.

Excellent experience. Great follow up even post sale from the sales person Simon Haywood.

I had a great experience buying from this dealer. The staff were happy and helpful and took time to discuss my needs with me. They were flexible with regards to time and were friendly and courteous.

The sale's man Tim is very respectful I'm happy with my car the only minus is that nobody asked me if I would like to test drive the car other than that I was treated with a smile and a coffee.

Good professional friendly service
