Great service from Liam in selling me a used car and part exchanging in my old car - no pressure in the sale and very helpful throughout!

Very good availability of quality vehicles. Sales process was comprehensive and excellent. The vehicle was ready for prompt collection and in first class order.

Everything, especially excellent customer service I received from Joe Brennan and other staff that were involved in the whole process.

Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Showroom and car of choice were both immaculate.
All my questions were answered without hesitation.

I live 160 miles from this dealer but they were the one that had the right car in the right spec at the right price, so I gave them a call and took a chance. It turned out that they were brilliant. Salesman was friendly, helpful, easy to deal with and not at all pushy. He kept me informed all the way through. The handover of the car was easy, friendly, and enjoyable. I had all the information I need, the salesman helped me cancel the tax on my old car and tax the new one before I drove away. The car is lovely and worth the six hour round trip to get the right car with a great customer experience

Group 1 Volkswagen Lowestoft salesman Julien was very friendly and helpful. We had our daughter with us and he entertained her whilst sorting out our purchase. Steven and Martin were also very helpful in our purchase process.

We were served by Jacob Burton who respected us and was friendly, professional and not pushy
