I would say they are professional, attentive, thorough and knowledgeable. They are outstanding in their profession. But most of all I have found them to be prompt and communicative which I have learned to prize in legal representatives, as my experience with others has been far below the exemplary standards set by Lauren and Ross. My sale was very complicated and they both dealt with everything from start to finish taking all the stress away from me.
