kept calling and calling and so called them back to buy the part and was asked to call back as busy. then the part wasnt available as "damaged" didnt want to discuss, just rude....and dont call me love

Had my car fixed from the worsley branch and the service and support I received was exceptional. They quickly answered all the questions I had and made the process as smooth as possible. Special thankyou to Raees, the team and the receptionists who helped immensely. The car was fixed and delivered very quickly to my doorstep within five days. Lastly the car came back super clean inside and out so that’s an extra added bonus. Highly recommend them :)

Sent a different item that i agreed to. I made a claim but was forced to pay for it to be returned. 150 for the item and 50 for delivery. if i returned it then I would be out another 50. avoid these jokers.

Through insurance rear wheel arch was badly dented now looks good as new and clean in and out, polite staff and great service.

Great company. Did a fantastic job at repairing my car and dropped it off fully valeted as well. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. Highly recommend them

Just purchased a car from the Crewe branch, had the pleasure of dealing with Brad in sales, I can honestly say from the first point of contact he was extremely helpful and genuine, even replying to emails at 9.30 in the evening!! Barlow Street Motors/Fix Auto were appointed to carry out repairs to my vehicle that was involved in a bump from a third party. I was contacted by Dobrusia to send her over details and photos of the damage to my vehicle, a drop off date was then agreed and a courtesy car would be provided. When I dropped off my vehicle, a brand new Suzuki Swift was provided to use whilst the repairs were undertaken, I was initially informed that the repairs could take up to four days, the repairs were completed same day and I collected my vehicle the day after. The customer satisfaction and the repairs completed far exceeded my expectations and I am made up with the results.
I would highly recommend this repair centre to anyone.

They had my car for less than a week car looks brand new!

If I ever need anything done outside of insurance this will be the place I go.

Highly, highly recommend. I had my car crashed into about a month ago and got assigned to Fix Auto Worsley.
Despite them being fully booked, they agreed to take a look at my car. Then, when I explained that I had an MOT coming up they were so helpful and cooperative, and agreed to take my car the following week so that I would have it done before the MOT. I had previously had such a stress with my car, but when I took it in on the Wednesday morning they cracked straight on with getting it sorted before the weekend. They gave me a call the following morning to update me on their progress, and called again to let me know it was ready to be collected. I went up on the Friday morning and my (previously very dirty) car was absolutely spotless! They’d cleaned the inside and outside of the car, and all the repairs were to a very high standard too. Looked as good as new! Everyone was lovely, cooperate, and the communication was amazing the whole way through. I can’t thank you enough for making an inherently stressful situation so straightforward and easy!

Friendly and helpful reception staff, courteous and efficient drivers who picked up and returned my car, and a fantastic repair job. Brilliant overall service and I highly recommend them.

Ordered space saver for Audi Q2,received 19” wheel today.I thought my wheels being 18” this was wrong,but no leave it to the experts.Fits perfect even the tool kit inside.Cheers lads.👍 Terry mac

Avoid the one based in Wolverhampton and you might have a chance in having great customer service. I have had too many issues to list and will never be going back there, please avoid like the plague and know what your getting yourself in for, I did not given a log book for my car so I could not tax it I also found nail clippings in the side of the door when purchasing after stating it had been valleted... I'm trying to save you, please go elsewhere

Please be aware this company are very unprofessional and tell out and out lies to you. They took our vehicle in for repair and had it for over 12 weeks. Firstly after 4 weeks they told us it would be back the following week and it never arrived we chased up to be told another few days, this went on for at least 2 weeks and all this time we were told the vehicle was complete. After we lodged complaints, they then started to blame brexit and toyata as the parts had to be shipped from Japan. How is this the case when they have been telling me for weeks the van is ready??? This carried on for a further 2-3 weeks different excuses even after sending me texts saying the van was ready and final checks being completed, ohhh but they failed to say its complete but the signwriting isnt done. So its not finished then. All in all a very painful experience and one which I will never endure again as wont be using them again. Very truthful honest review. Have the texts and call recording's as proof before. Be careful people.
