Been ordering since march 2024 up until today and have never been dissatisfied or disappointed. Their products are very good quality they arrive in less than 4 days and they are very cheap. The customer service is amazing, they once gave me an extra pair of airpods just cuz it took them longer tuan usual to ship and also they once genuinely put a pair of prada glasses (by mistake prolly) in my package with the ordered airpods

The customer service is excellent and provides clear answers. You just have to be careful with your credit card, because my bank once called me and said they were trying to take money and that it was because of this site. So, always pay via PayPal. Don’t buy from this brand, the charger they sent me burnt a whole through and the headphones broke after 2 months of having them, the charger also broke my Apple AirPods as well. The lady ‘Nora’ was very rude and refused to refund me, send out another pair or change them and said it was my fault and said she would report me for ‘scamming her’, even though she sold me faulty headphones and a faulty charger. The AirPod max are fake and the customer service is shocking.

Also ihr könnt auf das Unternehmen zählen. Meine Ware habe ich bis jetzt früher oder später immer erhalten. 2x gab es ein paar kleine Probleme. Das 1. mal wurde etwas nicht mitgeschickt, habe dann den Support auf WhatsApp kontaktiert und auch immer eine schnelle Antwort erhalten, gab dann eine Rückerstattung. Das andere mal waren meine Bluetooth Kopfhörer nicht ganz funktionsfähig und mit erneutem auf WhatsApp schreiben, wurde mir bei der nächsten Bestellung ein weiteres paar geschickt. Versand ist auch relativ schnell. Also im großen und ganzen laut meinen Erfahrungen zu empfehlen. Ich habe schonmal eine Bewertung geschrieben, hier aber noch meine weiteren Erfahrungen mit inbegriffen.
Very bad company don't buy from them their manager is very unprofessional he does not know how to talk or act. Professionally i places an order then it arrived very late in false packaging and was told it was so they didnt get seized i advised i was unable to open the box as i did not know what was inside and he kept saying open it then when i said i wanted to return them they said yes you can but the postage has to be paid by yourself this website is a joke and. So are the people behind it
