I had a really great experience with BankMobile customer care because of Rosa. I had a few questions and she answered everything quickly and clearly without making the process stressful. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and genuinely wants to help people. It’s rare to get customer care this good anymore. I really appreciate her help and hope BankMobile knows what a great employee they have.
this was the worse decision my school has every made, they are no help they are rude i stayed on the phone 2 hours on hold and once i got on the phone absolutely nothing i was calling for got resolved

This company is completely ridiculous. The worst experience i have ever had in my life. I received a refund from my school and went online to register my account and upload my documents to activate my student account debit card. The placed my account on a ID hold. I called to ask why there an ID hold someone said because my zip code on my profile doesn't match my ID. (Which is a damn lie) A lady then verified that my ID matches my profile and said their waiting on my SSN to be verified.(which doesn't make sense because you said it was an ID HOLD!) However both documents where accepted in there system. Called 3 more times after that and spoke supervisors who don't help shit at all. The app doesn't allow you to switch to another bank to deposit because they gray out the link for Add an external account. This a sad and terrible company people need their money and they are playing games. Moral of the story DO NOT EVER USE THEM!! THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND PUT YOU ON HOLD FOREVER ( I have been calling for a week and im currently on hold right now)JUST TO TELL YOU THEY HAVE TO PUT IN A TICKET!

My experience with Bankmobile was by far the worst. I was left on hold for over 45 minutes three different times and then over 1 hour and 30 minutes two different times. Just for them to not fix my problem. They had me running through multiple hoops for them to keep asking me for more documentation and refuse to fix my issue after providing them with everything they asked for. If I could put less than one star I would.

My experience wasn’t going so well until I interacted with Mike via Twitter. I’ve been calling customer service care for two weeks and there was always an issue until Mike helped me out in less than a day. The best customer support ever!

I see reports of a Mike or Sascha being able to assist people directly. If either of you see this review, please reach out to me directly if possible to resolve this.

This has been a terrible experience for two of my children. I have three children at the same college. My daughter is 26 so she had no problems setting hers up. However my two sons, both starting college right out high school, had problems setting this up. Bank mobile refused both of them the bank mobile card citing unable to verify identity. Then it was hard setting up the bank account. My middle son had an issue where his refund was returned by the bank and bank mobile locked the account and he is not able to add another account. The customer service department, which consists of people who barely understand English, is of no use. They can't put in information, they can't even tell you what is the reason they were unable to open the vibe accounts nor is there a way to try again. So now he is stuck having to wait 21 days for them to even issue a check. The college does not even give the students options for their refunds they just automatically send it to this company.
