Baltic Travel are superb. Booked a 10-day holiday to Finland and everything ran like clockwork. Hotels and all rail travel were very good. Had to return early to Scotland due to an unfortunate accident and Baltic Travel's Inga was amazing at getting us back to Scotland. 5-star service all round.

Absolutely great! Nikola was amazing. Can’t fault them. Had a few niggles but none to do with Baltic Travel Company and the break was so exhilarating.

The booking of our third trip with Baltic Travel was facilitated by Daina in her usual efficient and professional way. More importantly Daina has remembered my specific needs with limited mobility. The whole experience is made stress free and I feel utterly confident that the holiday will be exactly as described. Thanks to Daina at Baltic Travel for organising our recent Taste of Norway trip. Daina was very knowledgeable and accommodating with providing advice and then tailoring the holiday exactly as we wanted before we booked it. The arrangements and detailed information, including instructions and maps to get to and from each hotel were excellent and very useful and made the travel so easy. On one night we found ourselves locked out of our apartment due to the malfunction of a recently installed electronic key system. Despite how late it was, Daina’s colleague Nikola was on hand to help exert pressure on the owner, which resulted in them having to break down the door to get access (which took over two hours). Daina subsequently negotiated a refund of the whole cost of the accommodation. All in all a very successful and enjoyable holiday.

The service was excellent from booking the trip to all the places visited in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
The hotels were centrally located, clean and welcoming. The guide was excellent and made sure that everything went smoothly and hassle free.

Another fabulous trip arranged by Inga. Svalbard was an incredible place to visit and I also enjoyed my time exploring Oslo. Everything was perfectly organised, the hotels were great and the excursions around Longyearbyen were excellent. I highly recommend this travel company for their efficiency and also for the personal service that they provide.

We opted for the Artic Adventure holiday in January and asked if we could make some changes to our itinerary that they given us as we were flying from Portugal of which it was accommodated.We wanted to stay in Oslo for an extra day so cancelled the nominated hotel and made our own booking to one at the airport, a good idea if the flight to kirkiness is departing early in our case 0840. The holiday was lovely and was well looked after by the staff running the excursions and accommodation at the Snow Hotel. We had a couple of issues, such as hotel payment not showing on their system and and a mix up on one of the excursions being the wrong one but Laura sorted it all out quickly of which we ended up getting ann extra excursion.i would use Baltic Travel again .

Never having had a Scandinavian holiday before, we weren’t sure where to start. Inga at Baltic came up trumps! She understood our ideas and her interpretation was spot on. We’ve just returned from a very exciting and rewarding short trip to Tromso. I heartily recommend these guys and will ask them to plan our next trip without a doubt. Thank you

Inga was excellent from inception and ongoing. Arenaged the advice and when one tour was cancelled she arranged to have it another day and arenaged private transport to get us to see the Blue Lagoon and still get us to the airport on time. Very responsive and helpful. Will use them again.

Our holiday was ultimately cancelled, but throughout we were kept upto date on all that was happening by Laura and Inga. We never lost any money and would recommend Baltic Travel and its employees as thoroughly professional, trustworthy and reliable

Excellent service from Baltic Travel Company. From the moment we made an enquiry we had great service from Julija - excellent communication throughout without any pressure -even at the early stages of planning. She listened to our needs and ensured that everything that we wanted was booked - from airport to wanting a family room - whilst staying within our budget. All our paperwork arrived exactly on time and all the information was clearly explained - from flights, to airport shuttle, to hotel and day tours. This made our trip to Iceland so easy and relaxed - everything was organised for us; we simply needed to check each day for timings and that we had the correct vouchers for our trips. During our stay we went on tours with different companies - clearly chosen to suit the tour for that day and our needs. We had a great time on the Golden Circle, Southern Coast, Blue Lagoon and Northern Lights Tours during our 4-night stay. The hotel chosen for us by Julija was perfect for our needs - we had a family room which had plenty of space for us to be comfortable, the staff were professional and very helpful in answering any questions we had, breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice. The location of the hotel was perfect - ideal for tour/shuttle bus pick ups and for walking to Reykjavik centre and its tourist attractions. Booking through Baltic Travel made our short break stress free and relaxing - cannot fault! Would definitely recommend to all!

We had a brilliant time thank you. The hotel was excellent and the travel and trips very well organised. We really enjoyed the Golden Circle tour and the guided visit around Reykjavik - the guides were excellent! Unfortunately didn't get to see the Northern Lights, which is understandable, but I do feel customer expectation should be better managed. It should not be something that is booked until visitors arrive in Reykjavik, when there is proper information on the likelihood of the lights being visible.

To cold. to boring.no real culture to see.But went to a good spitting festival,and captain clink won first prize the globe cup.Are the locals a bit simple.

Fast and friendly service, providing the holiday we wanted. We had an excellent short winter break in northern Finland. The service and organisation by Baltic was excellent.

We arrived with a good layer of snow, most of it had come down in a very short time. We were on our first safari trying to see the northern lights on the 14th November, we drove round for many hours in search of a good place, with a sweet tour guide, who tried to be optimistic, but sadly no light, a cup of coco and a piece of cake and then back. The following day had a weather forecast for rain - rain and nothing else. I contacted Tromsø safari and got the cablecar ticket changed for the 16th and called your office, where Julia (?), was very kind and efficient, she got our trip with Lyngsford Adventures postponed to the 16th in the evening. The 16th November turned out to be the most beautiful day, we did the cable car in the morning and the northern light safari in the evening, what a day!

We used Baltic Travel for a fly drive holiday around Iceland. Everything from being met at the airport to car rental was arranged very well. There was a lot of effort made to ensure we knew where we were heading each day and what to see along the way. The accommodation was exceptionally good. I would strongly recommend Baltic Travel to anyone planning a trip to Iceland or Scandinavia.
