Our 12,000-square-meter factory and 150 employees currently produce 150,000 pieces per year, with a goal of reaching 250,000 fireclay products by the end of 2023 with an additional 100 employees. Fireclay's History Although Fine Fireclay and Vitreous China are closely related, there are distinct differences that are frequently overlooked when producing Fine Fireclay, which is generally processed exactly the same as the Vitreous China product in production units specialising in Vitreous China production when, in reality, various parts of the process must be changed to produce a world class piece of Fine Fireclay. Following a decline in the production of Fine Fireclay products as a result of many Vitreous China manufacturers closing down across Europe, our founders set out to create the best Fine Fireclay product possible with the goal of becoming world leaders in Fine Fireclay production. It means that we choose our partnered manufacturers based on quality and trust rather than price, ensuring our customers received the highest quality goods. The Finest Raw Materials Fireclay products are manufactured and moulded in-house. We take great pride in this as a company because all of our Fireclay products are handcrafted by master potters, meaning a perfect sink is crafted every time. The key to producing outstanding Fireclay products is consistency. To ensure that each product meets our high standards, it is rigorously inspected, and quality tested.

Brilliant after sakes service!
I bought a toilet cistern to replace my leaky one, which was delivered promptly in good condition.
Foolishly, I damaged a part whilst installing it, so contacted them to see is a replacement could be provided.
The response by Josef was very fast and a replacement part was arranged within the hour!

Customer Service at its best.
It's only when things go wrong that you really find out whether a company really does vale its customers. I ordered a pedestal and sink an arranged for a plumber to call round 2 days after delivery was due to install them. The items arrived on time but the pedestal arrived in multiple shattered pieces.
On contacting customer services they pulled out all the stops to get a replacement to me in time for the plumber calling, as I'd paid a deposit. The replacements arrived while the plumber was here working on a replacement toilet so everything worked out perfectly, thanks to the hard work to get the parts to me on time.
Obviously I was delighted with the pedestal and sink too.

Exceptional customer service
Delighted with my new sink and can't wait to get it installed.
I ordered too many fittings by mistake and this company immediately processed a refund for me, even though it was entirely my error. Outstanding customer service which is so rare these days. The man who delivered the sink was lovely too. Highly recommended.

Avoid this company
When ordering a shower tray I added the waste recommended.this was incorrect when my plumber tried to complete the fitting the waste was not deep enough. He'd already put the waste section under the tray but couldn't connect the final part as the thread to connect it was not deep enough. I'm now stuck with a shower tray cemented to the floor and no waste connection. The company have admitted that the waste they advised me to purchase was the wrong size and that website needs amending. I can't get a compatible part so the whole thing needs ripping up and replacing at a cost of hundreds and inconvenience of delays

I ordered a double butler sink. This was delivered within 48hours. Well packaged with no marks on the sink. Good communication on lead up to delivery. Driver friendly and polite. Overall review.. EXCELLENT

Excellent service in from start to finish
Easy to use website, excellent product, greatly reduced in price. Mirror looks fantastic in our downstairs loo.
Also very efficient delivery.
