Bath delivered (by just one man, which isn’t enough to safely deliver a bath) in woefully insufficient protection and missing legs, nuts, feet etc. Alerted Balterley immediately who said the best they could do was two day delivery of replacement parts, which meant our plumbers were left with nothing to do. Two days later and although we have a tracking number the courier still hasn’t received the package from Balterley, so we’re having to go out and spend £50 on parts otherwise we pay our plumbers to do nothing today.

Bath arrived very quickly and seems to be of beautiful quality

Ordered a Belfast sink from Balterley, but there was a courier issue that delayed delivery. However, the customer service to sort the situation was second to none, very response and constructive in sorting the courier out to get another delivery date. The sink arrived today and is absolutely superb. First class quality and just what we needed for our new utility room for domestic cleaning and shaggy dog paw washing!!! The price point was exceptionally competitive and I am genuinely take back by the sink quality, solid and immaculate. To obtain such a superb product and exceptional customer service is a huge plus for me in this day and age, I would not hesitate to buy from this company again! 👌👌

Sink arrived when expected , but the waste was missing , which was promptly posted out < great service

PRODUCT ARRIVED AS DESCRIBED ON TIME VERY PLEASED.
TRIED TO CONTACT IN AD ADVANCE RE DELIVERY BUT UNABLE TO MAKE CONTACT SO SENT NOTE WITH ORDER(NO RESPONSE).
IN THE END THIS DID NOT CAUSE AN ISSUE BUT WOULD BE USEFULL TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT IN ADVANCE.

The product its self is good, however the Delivery really let them down on so many levels!. First of all the Delivery took a lot longer then advertised. I had to reach out to the company to find out where my product was and to find out why it had not been dispatched. I did have a quick responses from the company, and it arrived 2 days later. The delivery company was terrible. The bath was left on the pavement outside of my house. I asked if he could at least put it on my drive and the guy refused and left. Luckily I had someone else over at my house to move the box

I have ordered two Balterley products recently, one through B&Q and one direct from KU.
The vanity unit was sent by B&Q for next day delivery-but wwe wer not going to be in for 3 days. The unit arrived and was returned. I reordered and the unit arrived safely, but was deposited upside down in my garage. However, we have now opened the pack and the product is superb The bathroom cabinet that I ordered is not yet opened. There was a delay in delivery, with the first delivery reporting that the item was not on the delivery van. I suspect this was an excuse. It then took a further week for the cabinet to arrive. Not a problem, as it wasnt urgent. However, queries were answered promptly, but follow up was by , I think, robots, who promised updates which did not materialise. I susect the cabinet to be of the same suoperb quality as the basin and vanity unit. So, product gets 5 stars and delivery system a generous 3 stars averaging 4.

This sink is of good quality , looks nice and sturdy. But it comes with only 6 clips and screws, which I don't find enough, and the securing system is poorly designed. If you can get past this inconvenience, then this is the product to choose.
Delivery took longer than expected, ordered on Sunday, only to receive it on Friday , so it could be better.

Website proudly advises that your order will be delivered withing 48 hours. That is a LIE. I placed my order on the 29th of August. It didnt get it delivered on the 2nd of September, I didnt get contacted either. I emailed in and got told the order will get delivered on the 4th. On the 4th there were no notification of the delivery and no contact. Again, I reached out and received an apology that there is another delay and my order will arrive on the 8th of Sep. Now I have to cancel my plumber and pay his day rate out of pocket as I was told my order will get delivered on the 4th. really unacceptable that the company doesn't reach out to update on delivery and I have to chase. so disappointed.

Advertised as 48hr delivery however kitchen sink & waste scheduled for delivery on two occasions, each occasion the delivery was cancelled on the morning of stating “Failed Delivery” for reason “Order not on Vehicle”. At 8 days after placing the order I instructed it to be cancelled noting I had already incurred costs on two separate occasions due to the failure to deliver. In all fairness, their agreement to cancel the order noting breach of contract and refund in full was issued promptly and arrived back in my account a few days later.

Fast forward 5 days, delivery driver has arrived this morning with the sink & waste… delivery has been refused on basis the order has been cancelled and refunded already.

Lots of 5* perfect reviews on here, however that has certainly not been my real life experience. I will not use this company again (sadly) due to the customer service. Only 2* as the refund was fast…

Perfect! Great price quick delivery.

I ordered a sink which arrived promptly but damaged. It was replaced immediately without any qualms. It has now been fitted and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. It looks amazing.

From last week when it was to be delivered . Delivery was cancelled due the sink not being on the vehicle

I ordered a sink and it was posted very promptly. On the day of delivery I realized I had made a big mistake and included an incorrectly delivery address. The person at the incorrect address rejected the item and I assumed I would have to wait 28 days for a refund and then reorder. However, the company contacted me, arranged to repost the item free of charge and this was all done in less than 24 hours. Incredible stress free service and would absolutely look at ordering from this company again. Thank you Balterley and Luke and Josef fantastic Customer Service
