7 days to ship with no communication
I ordered a couple of items I needed as samples and paid for 2–7 day economy shipping. The order did not even ship until seven days after it was placed, so the entire shipping window was spent just processing the order.
There was also no communication during that time. The only emails I received were the order confirmation and then a shipping notice a week later. If a company cannot ship orders within a couple of days, they should at least communicate delays to their customers.
Regarding Bagz Depot reply: it was not delivered today and UPS doesn't show that status. Anyone can look up the tracking number and see that UPS received the package yesterday and estimates delivery for tomorrow (11 March).

Canvas travel duffel bag
I have had this exact bag for many years. I use it to travel, especially on cruises. It has a pocket for passports or information and has been very durable for many years. I’ve never thought I would find one exactly like I had but I did. it is a wonderful bag.
