The wrapping service is decent, but the customer service for making a claim is quick yet useless. My bag was crushed, and when I tried to file a claim, they were as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Arriving at my destination at midnight and realizing my bag was damaged, it took another 10 minutes to find lost and found, where the staff member said he couldn’t do anything. When I tried again to make a claim, they told me I had to get the form from the airport. Basically, I was stuck between two groups, and neither would help.
