I took a peek at the gift box I ordered for my brother, and now I wish I’d signed up, too! If he doesn’t catch any monster stripers in Lake Lanier, it’ll be because he didn’t go out on the water. The box included every kind of tackle you can think of-soft plastics, topwater, crank and jigging. There’s also mono for leader, a cup for refreshing libations (hey, fishing is a hard, lonely hobby!), and a toboggan to keep the head warm when the spirits flag. I’m excited to watch him open this gift and then land a couple in the boat.

We are a family that likes to go fishing, especially for striped bass. My husband always tells me not to buy anything for fishing because he knows what he likes. Thought this gift would be a great addition to his already large collection of lures and stuff. I was not thrilled or satisfied with the box. Also you provided a knit hat that is pink and gray. It is even to small for me. Could have went to my local Fisherman’s Headquarters and bought the same stuff at a much lower cost. Thanks but not again

Great care packages, adds excitement every month never knowing what your going to get

8 items listed on the contents card. Only 4 in the box and one was a sticker. Most expensive items were left out. Going to cancel my subscription

Although the products are way better than the MTB offerings, I don't think they are worth the price. Going to cancel my subscription. Tried it for a couple of boxes, just don't think it offers value.

Had great gear. What I would look for when buying but just seemed a little high for the amount of gear.

I have received 3 boxes so far. The first box was ok. The targeted species was striped bass, so the gear included was appropriate for the time of year. What I didn’t like it is they included a pocket knife that retail is $9usd and claimed it cost $20(they include a sheet that has the price breakdown of all items included)
The second box was once again targeting striped bass. Now it’s very late in the season where you would have to have a boat to hook up and the large keeper fish have already gone away. The gear included was ok, but again they included a beer koozie with there branding and said it cost $10. You get these free everywhere, don’t try to say this is necessary gear, it’s brand marketing and it should have been free.
The last box I received was once again targeted toward striped bass, now even from a boat keepers are far and few. The gear included was a good assortment but once again they billed a bait and switch. They included a sailing flag with their logo one it and said it cost $15. These boxes aren’t cheep at $50usd a month and they give you about that, $50 work of stuff, but to include their own branded items that are only for marketing purposes and not used for catching fish is a poor marketing scheme.
I’ve tried other mystery fishing box clubs and none of the other ones tried this. This one I would pass on in the future

Order arrived quickly and was better than I could have expected

My first box was great! I was a customer if there sister company post fly for years and loved it, only problem after after a couple of years I ended up with more flies and leaders then I could ever use! So I switched to saltwater box, maybe more coozies and sunglass straps, hats, etc.... great company though, I got burned by the other salt water company, salt box, they went out of business but charged me 2x and I got nothing! You can trust these guys

The first box was great. All of the baits were specially picked for my region. The colors of the baits and choices were right on for my area. Looking forward to my next box.

I thought being that the mystery box was from Badfish, it would be different from the others. Wasn’t really blown away.

Blackfish season is in full swing yet there was no blackfish gear. Just 2 spro buck tails u can get anywhere and a plug. Also the prices of each item were inflated. The box cost more then if I bought individuals. I was very disappointed.

Angler driven with great customer service. Would recommend even if you know what you like to catch fish with.

Good Name Brand Gear on the First Box. Hopefully Quality Continues. Used to subscribe to MTB but switched to Badfish because of the better tackle.

Package was sent out and received quickly. Only part I don’t like is that your website will not let me create an account

Great products especially the lures. Could use maybe use one more lure for the price or a slight price drop.
