That was amazing to work with this company especially with Adele and Tiffany. They are very patient and helpful and committed and help me to get my first home in UK.

I was lucky to have had Adele as my agent to speak to me and arrange a viewing. She was amazing, and seriously a breeze, very patient and always available. Told her my budget and she tried her best to make sure I got the apartment not far out from my budget.
I also spoke with Michelle and she was really helpful, they are both so nice, very receptive and helpful. You don’t get that rude attitude most agents have over the phone. Loved my experience with them!

Throughout a prolonged and difficult sale Tiffany was always positive and helpful and always gave us sound advice. She also looked after our buyer who was also frustrated by the shenanigans of our leaseholders and his solicitors. A smooth and easy process. The experience was seamless from the start to finish. Tiffany accommodated an early viewing outside of her usual working hours. Very straight talking, no nonsense. Tiffany didn't bombard me with property outside of my criteria or chosen area, this is a rarity as I have been treated differently by every single estate agency. The Goodlord reference process is User friendly and so is the the service with B&C. Recommended agents!

December 2025 Update: Can't say the same of the team we're dealing with now. They seem to read every other email, send conflicting information, don't check in with contractors... Hopefully they get better.
