The templates and email designs they sent me were really great. The campaign is having a slow start but I can tell that the work they are doing is really making a difference and helping spread the word of my campaign. I know even though we only l have a couple of weeks left we are going to reach our goal with there help.

There is a lot of effort and time absorbed by a crowdfunding campaign. The campaign to write and publish the novel "The Book of Quint" - a prequel to Jaws, was two years in the making. When we launched, BACKERSINFO immediately started a targeted email campaign to investors while using a variety of social media platforms and content to spread the word to potential backers. This freed up much of my time to keep writing and producing the content for the book. BACKERSINFO pushed the campaign over the top to 131% of the funding goal. I have great faith in them. Amy was on hand with constant updates on the different methods they used to help me with the social media side of the campaign. This allowed me to focus on the podcast and promotion of the campaign to see it to a successful end. A campaign is not a solo project. To make it work, you need a few hands to give it a push. I fully recommend BACKERSINFO to any artist or entrepreneur launching a crowdfunding campaign. Five stars all the way.

BackersInfo contacted me via Kickstarter promising that they would make a big difference on my crowdfunding campaign... I had no return on my 150$ invested and was not happy about their work, so I asked for a full refund and they did it.

I would not recommend Backersinfo to boost your crowdfunding campaign because in my case it did not bring a single cent. But since they did refund me the money I invested, then I guess it was just a failure without much consequences.

It is my 2nd Backersinfo Kickstarter campaign. Last summer, I was going nowhere and far from my target. Backersinfo saved it, and I went over the mark. I was amazed at how quick and fast the execution was. The exchange is there; you get much more than you pay. I'm in the same situation in my 2nd Kickstarter campaign right now; I need help, and they are the only agencies I will use. They are again fast in executing what needs to be done. I get pitched every campaign by dozens of people trying to get my money. I've tried them all and the ONLY one who has given me a positive ROI is Backersinfo. It is the ONLY thing I recommend for campaigns. I only use it for big campaigns that have a lot of marketing and popularity behind it, but every time I have I've gotten a positive ROI. It's not perfect for every campaign, but for the right campaign, it is a very good ROI for the cost.

I've used Backersinfo on two separate campaigns now. What I can tell you is the value is insane. For the $200 in my particular category, their services have led to over $10k in conversions. But contrast, another ad agency I spent $600 on converted to, drum roll, $300 in conversions. Which based on our cost of product, was a -$450 ad spend. To get over $10k in conversions on Facebook ads, we spent $1500. There are lots of other agencies that will charge a lot more, or a percentage of your crowdfund- but Backersinfo offers a clear value add at a discount price.

Incredible value!!!! When I launched Center Cam: a middle-screen webcam on Kickstarter, I had done a LOT of work to organize my network. But the big question was how to get OUTSIDE of my network. I paid for Facebook and Instagram ads immediately, day 1. I spent about $160 total on ads, but I don't know if the Backers report on Kickstarter differentiates between my personal network clicking from Facebook or the paid ads come from my Facebook business page. Long story short- $160- for non-targeted ads into the internet void. Who knows if they needed my product. Who knows if they cared about tech. I had roughly 5 conversions from those $160. I also got hit up by a LOT of Kickstarter optimization specialists/firms. Many of whom had emails without proper grammar, saying they could help me with my email campaigns. Eyebrows were raised. I didn't understand the value proposition. Backers Info’s pitch was straight forward. $35, we’ll get you in front of people who have backed multiple projects in my particular space. I heard angels. I went for the $150 package, which handled multiple emails, and put my Kickstarter in front of 1000 targeted, previously vetted Super Backers. I can't understate the value here. I'm in the front of my campaign, and based on initial number returns, Backers Info has led to me almost getting funded the first week. Only 1/4 of my backers are from my personal network, and I shut down Facebook/Instagram 2 days ago. The other 3/4 is coming from organic Kickstarter and Backers Info campaigns. I just had backer number 58 commit. I'm sure at least 20-30 were Backers Info related. And I have two more weeks of the campaign to go! Tremendous value. If you're thinking of doing it on your own, you need to understand you're working for $1 an hour compared to the supercharge Backers Info will be to your campaign. Last time we did the first time with Backersinfo, and we did not know it may work or not. At the end we just gave it a try for our Kickstarter project: Goodkey 2.0 EDC Tool.
After that, they did follow up with my project, responded time fast. They helped us design email templates and sent them to the backers, such as all social medias Twitter, Instagram, Facebook. Unbelievable service and performance, very appreciated their work and help. Of course at the end, they helped us reach the goal.

Backers Info is a great company if you want to get some extra exposure for your kickstarter campaign. I went with the $99.99 package and they helped us raise $3200 in 30 days. With other agencies, I have spent more than $600 to get $100 pledges which is not worth it. Getting our first 50 backers involved a lot of manual labor. Amy from Backers Info helped us in writing personal emails to the people we knew that would be interested in what we were creating. They used the right hashtags to get our project discovered. True story. I made the minimal investment in Backersinfo to promote my campaign. I got a series of emails each with a different ad they had created for a different platform. Each one was gorgeous and spot on.

Then I got an email with a backers list. And finally, an accounting of where they had parked the ads.

It was so much detailed work for $35 that I thought I had misunderstood and perhaps I owed them a big chunk of money.

I wrote and asked. It seems too good to be true. Is it?

They responded by noting that it is their mission to help underfunded entrepreneurs like me get funding.

Even if I never raise a penny, the materials they generated for me are worth way way more than I paid and will serve me in the future.

Backers Info was the best for my project. We’re a very small company and paying for help was very tough. I came across many agencies who charge $500-$2500 for the same level of services. We went ahead with the $49.99 plan and we saw results. The design is good and catchy. I received over 55 clicks from email campaigns, over a 3 week period. Would highly recommend.

We will certainly work with them on our next campaign.
