Babyandme
I waited 12 days with no update for a 3 to 5 day postage offered. If I'd been updated to say dispatched or delayed I would have waited. I was left with no update forcing me to request an update, they replied with quite frankly a little condescending response about how many emails they have to deal with, which isn't my problem. If I'd had an update in the 12 days (quite a long time to keep my money) , I may have acted differently. I have now recieved with no apology or even ha, a discount on future, so u guess we're not welcome if we question service to shop again

This review is fabricated. Customer ordered at midnight on December 8th. This was originally shipped within 2 business day with our usual Royal Mail route with the post office. However after we were advised of possible large delay on order reaching customer we decided to ship with a different courier. Order was shipped within 5 business days. This was a little outside our usual turnaround due to having been shipped and then recalled and then reshipped again. That and our workload at present has been larger than usual with an unprecedented amounts of Christmas sales. Customer emailed on 5th business day to ask about whether the item had been shipped at 1155am, and then followed that email at 5pm with a very rude email about how disgraceful we were for not replying to her email from a few hours prior and also demanded a refund. We explained that the item had been shipped and that a response within 24 hours was completely acceptable and her aggressive and negative email was not necessary. We also went on to explain the situation with her original shipment with Royal Mail being cancelled and re shipped to guarantee that the customer received the item in time for Christmas.
The email from ourselves was in no way condescending or rude. It simply and politely explained the situation and diffused her aggression from her own email.
Customer received item perfect and in plenty of time for Christmas. Which may not have happened had we of left the item to be shipped with Royal Mail as originally intended. So we actually did the customer a big favour in changing her delivery method even though it shipped 2 days later than planned. But I guess you can't please everyone.

Amazing snuggle hood
Recently bought a snuggle hood as a winter treat for myself. The quality is amazing and it looks beautiful! The material is soft as butter and really thick, like having 2 full blankets on. It’s definitely helping not needing the heating on as much. I’ll be keeping an eye out for new stock.

After a couple of minor issues, my situation was passed on to Sarah and Chris to handle and they have dealt with it with such kindness, respect and professionalism.
