I don’t write reviews but I’ve been trying to procces a return for a diffrent size I sent out the shirt and they stopped replying so now I’m -£45 and -the shirt I paid for I’ve been trying to communicate for weeks with them but they don’t reply I even paid for a label they asked for a week ago and still no return although I sent the label #101350 order number I need a reply before I contact my bank

Wouldn’t let me return item because it was a ‘sale’ item when every item on there shop is on sale… eventually agreed to the return. Since I have returned there item, and they blocked my email upon receiving the item back. I haven’t been refunded for this item so basically been scammed.

To start off I ordered the black set, how come I receive a blue set, that was the first bad thing I noticed. Then when I checked it out properly there was several stains along the bottoms, which were quite visible as well. I then messaged the company via email which another terrible way of communicating to them as they reply after a few days. I asked for them to send out my correct order or either refund my money. Till this day I have not received either and I am pretty sure they have blocked me from sending them emails as gmail said it was unable to send it to them. It has been over a month and I have not received my order of my black set or my money back. Terrible company would not recommend.

Paid £42.99 for an item that never arrived. Tracking was inconsistent and showed “delivered” with no proof or location. I live in student accommodation and reception confirmed nothing was received.

Seller only sent automated replies and offered no real help. Now their website (ba3icss.com) has completely disappeared.

This feels like a scam — avoid.

Took a month to arrive the joggers are to long and wide I’m 5’7 ordered xs and the zip up is a crop fit so you have to order a size up which I didn’t do and as I went to email for a refund they don’t reply and I get emailed that my email wasn’t delivered. during the delivery they responded to my emails (quickly) and said I will receive a free gift for the inconvenience but haven’t received one. quality isn’t good the tracksuit was 2 different shades of black and the zip up hoodie looks like it’s been used don’t purchase from here as asos,Zara,h&m and pull&bear have way better quality and choice.i choose to shop from ba3ics to see if there blanks were high quality as it was shown on there social media however they aren’t .

Ordered tracksuit on 9th December. Paid. Nothing came. No tracking, no replies. Messaged Instagram, they blocked me. TikTok, ignored. Emails, ghosted. Three months later, still zero. Had to force a refund through my bank.

Ordered from here for a Christmas present, ordered it in November 2025 didnt get it in time for Christmas present for 2025 emailed them and emailed asking where item was absolutely NO response from them, absolutely shocking!
Its March 2026 and still no delivery.
Disgraceful, this is not a company, this is a scam! They have STOLE my money. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AWFUL!

Clothing was amazing quality abd looked good and the order came very quickly i would definitely recommend this brand
