We needed our house rewired and got in touch with Axis Electric Group Ltd. An appointment was made for Ross to speak with us. He was friendly and extremely helpful, almost allaying our fears in the first instance. Of course we had to go away while the work was being done.
What made this experience great for us was coming home to our house, almost exactly the way we left it. On closer scrutiny we saw evidence that something had been done but it was minimal and there was absolutely no mess. This is what we were dreading on returning to our house. We couldn't believe it. No mess. No dreaded clean up. Just evidence of an excellent work ethic, professionalism and experience. We thoroughly recommend The Axis Electric Group Ltd to you.

We had been looking for someone to help us install an electric boiler (this isnt as simple as it seems) Floortje was super friendly and very helpful. She gave us information we needed and kept us up to date with what was happening. Tom was great and also very friendly. The job was completed in a timely manor.

Contacted Axis Electric group about repairing our electric shower which wasnt working. Ross came out, told us what the issue was and replaced a switch. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, very friendly and skilled electrician. Highly recommended electrician.

I had a new light fitting for my living room and I had contacted Axis and they were there the next day. Not only did he install the light but suggested I swap switches and done it for free. Looks better and I wouldn't have thought of doing it myself

I have used Axis on a couple of occasions now and I am very happy with their work. They installed security cameras and flood lighting and also put power and lighting into my garage. As my title says I would describe this company as being very customer focused,the technician who carried out the work was very conscientious and you could tell that he took pride in his work. They always returned calls and always arrived at the time they said they would. They got the job done right first time I would highly recommend this company.

Ross carried out a repair to an internal light for my mum and also installed a new outside light for her which she is delighted with. He gave good advice on which light she should get, and handled a few obstacles that came up along the way with no hassles. Job was done quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommend.

Called Ross yesterday with a wiring issue in my kitchen that kept blowing my fuses, he arrived promptly within 24 hours as he was aware this was for my elderly parents, tested all of the Socked and identified the socket that was causing the issues, isolated the issue and fixed this.
My mother and father are so grateful as the last week has been terrifying for them.
