This is my 2nd Avtex TV. Sure, they’re not the cheapest out there, but as an ex electronics engineer, I learned many moons ago that in the world of TV’s, you get what you pay for! I’ve bought the Avtex AV24TS smart TV for my motorhome to replace the previous Avtex TV which has now travelled over 91,000 problem free miles. I wanted to upgrade to a smart TV. From the moment I undid the box and saw how it was packed, it oozed quality. Set up was child’s play and the smart features are amazing. The picture quality from all viewing angles is stunning. So pleased I paid a bit more for what truly is a premium product. Thank you Avtex

Just got the Avtex Smartpro TV. It is really good, good selection of apps and chanels. Links to the wifi really easily. Stres in the van on its bracket and has a great picture sound quality.

We had the AMR 104x fitted some weeks ago being excellent ever since, full coverage in different parts of the country.

2 years in to the 3 year warranty and I found I’d got some dead pixels on the TV screen. I contacted the support desk who were really helpful in what I needed to do. No quibbles about the item’s age. They arranged for the TV to be picked up the next day (Wednesday) and I got the TV back fully repaired by first thing Monday morning. Fantastic customer service as well as a great product. Purchased the Avtex AMR104X to install in our caravan, due to caravans acting somewhat like a Faraday box the normal incoming cellular or WiFi on sites struggled, I researched various mobile internet and the Avtex fitted my needs on paper.
Arrived home today and collected the parcel from my local shop that I had it delivered to.
Within 1hr I had installed the AMR104X fully and had it connected to my home WiFi and a Smarty SIM card I pre ordered too.
Extremely impressed with the quality of the kit and very surprised to find the router was metal and of excellent build quality.
My only two negative points would be that you are:

1 restricted to using the 12v cigarette socket power cable and would have preferred a hardwire cable in the kit.
This limited me as to where I could install the router and the antenna.
Luckily I had a socket in the bedroom by the TV.

2: No app available for the router login and only available via a webrowser.

Am I happy? Yes very much and looking forward to our next holiday to put it to use. Highly recommended for caravaners and such like.

21 inch with dvd, cracking picture and sound is good as well. Sets up really easily.

What a great product, easy to use, simple setup and instructions, just the job for my weekends away with the family.

Just set up my 21.5” tv and found it a bit difficult but got there in the end . Tv has a great picture, very clear . Not managed to connect to my phone yet.

Lovely quality TV with Freely built in. Life in our motorhome just got loads better.
Built in the UK, pencil slim and lightweight to suit our holiday travelling.
Delighted!

AVTEX - AMR104X
Purchased at the NEC Motorhome & Caravan show in February 2026. Been waiting for the right weather to install this (18March2026). Removed the "Old" TV aerial and used the same hole to install this unit. Super easy to install and works great. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Avtex WiFi installed in caravan, super easy to set up.

The tv arrived in high quality packaging with all leads required. I was concerned that the manual did not give any bracket or stand fixing instructions, however the set up incl Freely was pretty straight forward. Good picture, decent sound, very impressive carrying case!

Quick installation and also a nice television with his small frame.

Great little 32 TV so easy to use and set up great pictures only negative is the sounds not fantastic but that would be the same for any TV this size. Highly recommend a soundbar or other such external speaker.

We wanted to upgrade our travel tv and new about avtex although we was looking at other models we saw the avtex stand at motorhome & caravan show and was impressed with what we saw. So we've invested in the Avtex smart pro FHD21.5 freely tv. Can't tell you how much we love it. It's so easy to set up and on screen instructions very easy to follow. It's a 10 from me.

We have been getting totally frustrated with our Avtex router (AMR994X) in Spain as we kept getting connected to the internet then losing connection. It appears to be due to a poor signal but the last straw was when our mobile phone hotspots were better than the router! HOWEVER it was our lack of IT skills that were causing the problem.
A very friendly and knowledgeable member of the technical support team called Craig was very patient with us and sorted the problem within just a few minutes. The router is brilliant. Thank you.

Having owned my old avtex tv now for 10 trouble free years there was no doubt at all about buying another .Needing to change now to a app based tv and wifi driven it was lucky that the brand new released AV21DS was now available bought it and was delivered in 2 days what a simply easy set up amazingly quick superb build quality as ever , they may be more expensive than some models but after service and quality make them worth every penny
