We have been using Avica for a couple of months now, and the experience has been great. Our domestic cleaning team have been extremely satisfied with the products, and the prices are also very good. The delivery service is brilliant, with the ordering process being easy. I would also like to mention our account manager Andrew, who has been extremely helpful in helping us sort through and find what we need, and giving very useful information and some great recommendations.

Avica ia an excellent company to deal with. They replied extremely quickly to my emails and my order was delivered within 24hours. The driver was very polite and friendly and the Ceylon mugs which I ordered are of a brilliant quality. I would definitely recommend Avica

Absolutely disgusting service. Paid for my product and only got 2 out of the 10. Told I will get them a few days later. Why have you taken my money then. To refund will take up to 5 days. So now I can’t cancel to buy from somewhere else. I also have to arrange for someone to be at premises for new delivery costing me more money. Put in complaint and no response. I do not recommend this company.

Put an order through in end August and it never appeared. Supposed to be delivered beginning of sept and it wasn't . Called and emailed the company many times , someone would get back and they didn't. Then told they didn't know why it hadn't gone and would be posted the next day. No it wasn't .Then they couldn't find the order . Then they found it . Turns out there's a problem with postage here. Refunded after weeks of expectation . Would t recommend .

Ordered next day delivery, didn’t arrive. Managed to scrape through the weekend without the item, under the explanation it would arrive the next week. Was told I’d receive a call from the Account Manager, never did. Asked for an update on parcel, never received one. Have called and asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded, which they have assured me it will be, with no apology given.

Will never use again.

I placed an order in January.
I ordered Spa & Shower gel ( unknown expiry) Body Lotions (expiry March 2025) & more concerning Spa Soaps (expiry 2021) 4 Years
I spoke to Rocca and another male colleague they both told me I would have a refund. After weeks of chasing I had to contact the my credit card/fraud team to get my money back.
Absolutely appalling company

Wow! I ordered the lovely glass 'milk carton' jug on a 7-day delivery and it arrived withint 24 hours. That’s very impressive.

And I love it! I might be back to buy some as presents if/when I’m feeling generous.

Great company, perfect customer service. They made an error with my order- easy mistake to make. When I contacted them, they were sooooo quick to resolve. They’ve got my loyalty.
There are some unfair feedback from lockdown when supplies were unpredictable and no one knew what was happening. This company is great.
