What an absolute joke of a company. I order a part and had no confimation of purchase or when to expect delivery. I tried to contact them but my emails kept boiuncing back, the email and telephone number on their website are no longer in use.

Whe the item finally arrived, i reqyested a return immediatley as i had already purchased from another site. My return was accepted but no one is getting back to me with the address to sent it to.

I have emailed and emailed and they just ignore me. Avoid!

Order has not arrived (2 weeks after ordering and after paying express delivery), no response to emails or website enquiries, phone line does not work. I am not sure if this is a con or they just don't keep stock and can't be bothered to update their clients.

When I pressed the order button for a Maintenance Mate & received confirmation I realised I'd ordered the wrong year. Trying to email a correction the emails bounced back, tried the phone number, didn't work. Found another email and sent a correction, no response. Item came, it's the correct one and works a treat. Just a shame customer service don't reply. Would I recommend them? Probably, with a bit easier contact definitely.

Genuine Cornish company that will deliver dreckly me ansums. They might not answer your emails, but rest assured the product when in stock arrives promptly. Although it stated 'in stock' the item was awaiting stock from the manufacturer, i.e. a motorcycle servo eliminator. They shipped the same day as stock arrived, as informed after asking the manufacturer directly. Don't be put off from poor reviews, the company is genuine and products will be sent. I will use again despite my bias of being Cornish.

No contact. No response. No order. Complete scam

Ordered samco hoses for my T7 that they said were in stock. Sent several e mails saying I need these hoses by the end of this week as I’m going away on my bike and need to fit them. No communication from them.
Phone number is disconnected. Worst retailer ever dealt with. I shall be contacting my bank tomorrow to get a refund.

Ordered a BMW service reset tool and it turned up in a timely manner. Comms were great wrt the delivery times etc and it works perfectly.

On October 15, 2023 I ordered a CNC Racing Pramac 25ml fluid reservoir with 'DHL Global Mail Tracked' shipping. On October 28, Averys claim to have shipped it and sent me a Royal Mail tracking number that does NOT work - the Royal Mail website states: "Tracking information is not available for this service". On November 11, Averys claimed it is the correct tracking number.

Averys has not responded to further inquiries. It is now November 22. I have not received the shipment and I cannot track it. Consequently, I have filed a transaction dispute with my bank to recover the charge to my VISA card.

Useless outfit, don't both.
No delivery, customer service is non existent

I’m not sure why this company has so many negative reviews?
I ordered a part for my partners bike. I wasn’t sure if it was the correct part so I emailed to check and had excellent customer service. The website is really easy to use but the issue for me was I wanted to buy the part as a surprise so couldn’t ask my partner if it was right or not.
The item was shipped really quickly, well packaged and was just what was needed.
My partner has since gone on to order some more parts and the service has been perfect.
I guess the reviews are from a small number of people who weren’t happy and I don’t think they’re reflective of the majority of customers as after all, people never leave a good review anymore.

ordered a item, looked at reviews, cancelled order, then the hassle began, according to PayPal refund pending, this went, on for a while, paypal warned be, it was taking them, to refund my, money they pretended they had paid me, got refund today, avoid these scumbags, 👍

I wish I'd have read the posts by others. I ordered a Tsubaki Alpha XRG chain on 31/1/2023 and after 5 weeks received a XRS chain. This was returned and signed for a P.Savage. To date (14/04/23) after numerous phone calls and emails to which you only get automated replies, I have applied for chargeback for my credit card. Do NOT under any circumstance use this company or any other trading at this address. I have given one star as you can't give zero stars.

Automated bulk emails saying they’ve not forgotten about my delivery same as everyone else, took my money well over a month ago. Requested refund via email and no surprise nothing received back either email or money.
Basically I’d have to say based on my current experience do not use this company I feel like my moneys perhaps been used to ease a cash flow problem and I’m never going to see my order or a refund. Another salutary lesson to only pay for things using PayPal or a Credit Card. I can foresee trying to chase a refund through my bank being tedious (which they may rely on many people not doing).
I’m off to research Companies House details now……

Edit update, out of the blue despite asking for a refund and receiving nothing a few days ago Ie start of March, I received a your items being readied for dispatch and then couple of days later an EBay box arrived with a slightly leaking container of what I’d ordered. Wether that coincides with any other actions I’ve instigated I don’t know.
So again I leave your decision up to you!

Rip off con company. Avoid at all cost.
Took money, did not fulfil order. No contact, do not answer phones or email. Had to claim back money from my bank. I guess they rely on those who don’t bother? Scammers. Disgraceful

Avoid. Rubbish service and staff. Sell faulty products and won’t deal with the customer thereafter.

I ordered a visor for my helmet 4th of July. After a few weeks I received an update email saying "We haven't forgotten you" which were great, but when the second and third "We haven't forgotten you" email came and one month had passed, I tried contacting them asking for a discount or refund/cancellation without any luck. A week later I received an update email from UPS with shipping information. This was one and a half month after the order were placed.
Item finally shipped the 18th of August from Germany and arrived in Norway the 3rd of September. 2 month after order!! I have ordered stuff from all over the world(even during the pandemic) and I haven't experienced this slow packing/shipping as Averys anywhere.

This is a scam, they sent wrong item and they won't refund.

Ordered a Scorpion Helmet after checking this company out as far as I could. It arrived OK but didn't fit well. Alarm bells rang when I was unable to contact them by phone and it took days for a response by email. I returned the goods and have proof of receipt. Over 2 weeks later - no refund and no response to emails. I've been blanked. I have notified trading standards and my bank. Totally unprofessional crowd of tossers. They have my money and a brand new helmet. I have nothing. Going to make it my mission to tell the world about these toerags. Disgusting arrogance.

Don't be fooled by this outfit. They don't hold stock and don't tell you anything. Same company as others from same address with different prices for non-existent stock. Track and race for example. Now out for 2 orders and lots of money. Stay well away from this address
