Verifierat

great quality well packed delivered with care

Verifierat

Satisfied with the product - easy to design, plenty label size options to choose from. It doesn't specify whether the labels are recyclable which is important to us, so perhaps there is room for improvement there.

Really great customer service, so helpful and patient.

We placed an order for labels, paying for express delivery with the promise of next-day delivery. However, the carrier completely failed to deliver, and when we contacted both customer service and the carrier, they offered no help. After 2 weeks, we are still waiting for the labels. This is utterly unacceptable and an extremely poor experience.
