Although they did replace my part when I was sent a broken one, they did not cover the installation for either part. If I wasn’t sent a broken part, I wouldn’t have had $400+ of extra labor costs. No one was willing to help me resolve this, and did not offer any solutions. Extremely disappointed in the service and neglect of this company to loyal customers. Even the third party seller offered to help as much as they could, but auto parts warehouse did not. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend ordering from this website.

The selection is good, the prices are good, the discounts are a jokebecause they don't apply to the items I purchase..MY BIGEGEST COMPLAINT IS THE PACKAGING - THE ITEM IS PUT INTO A BOX WITH SOME FORM OF CUSHION HOWEVER IT IS TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE, FOR EXAMPLE, IF I PUT A CARTON OF EGGS INTO A BOX THE SIZE OF A CAR TIRE AND THEN TOSSED A ROLL OF TOILET PAPER IN AS PROTECTIVE PACKING... TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE . THE PACKING MATERIAL HAS TO SURROUND THE ITEM TO PROTECT IT. TRAIN YOUR SHIPPING STAFF! YOU ARE USING THE BOXES AND THE PACKING MATERIALS BUT YOU ARE NOT TRAINING THE PEOPLE HOW TO DO IT RIGHT. YOUR WELCOME
