Initially only shipped part of my order but quickly corrected the issue.

The paint was great quality and painted well. However, the match was not perfect, and it took several weeks for the order to arrive. The timing was my biggest challenge. Otherwise, a great experience.

My son ordered a color matched rattle can to repaint the fender on his 2008 Mazda. He sent in the correct color code from the vehicle, ordered base and clear coat and then waited. First the company "forgot" to ship his order, so it arrived over 2 weeks late. Then the color match was TERRIBLE! The paint was clearly purple in color, vs my son's blue car... not even close! The company refuses to honor their color match warranty, using the excuse that his car is over 10 years old. That is not what their warranty says, and it is no excuse for not even attempting to match the right color. Be careful with this company. They can't be trusted.

Second time I have used the aerosol touch up has worked great both times. Good color match. Good quality product.

The paint arrives correct every time I have ordered over past 7+ years. The color name may be different but it matches every time.

I have used Automotive Touchup for many years for all of my touchup needs. The paints are always an exact match. The service is always great. I never bother to look elsewhere because my experience here has always been exceptional.

Great Web site, easy to order, delivered quickly!

I have a body shop business. I placed an order for a can of touch up paint. This was a few weeks ago. I receive a message that my paint was out for delivery I had a customer waiting on his vehicle, the message stated that it would be here on the 10th of may, it never came today is the 16th still never got here. I lost the customer and had to discount him for his body work, he needed his car back. I reached out to Automotive touch up and immediately customer service person was completely rude. The person stated they never set a time for it to arrive, which isn’t true I have several messages stating it was supposed to be delivered. I sent them the screenshot and immediately they were argumentative. Not professional at all. I told them I would appreciate a discount or something for the inconvenience, they basically said no. So finally I was fed up and I told them I just want a refund since the paint wasn’t mixed and I didn’t receive anything. 1 day later they messaged back and said well it’s in process now so we can’t give you a refund. I recommend everyone reading this Don’t Waste Your Time with this place. Go to your local dealer or body shop and order your paint there. This is a place that takes advantage of people. There customer service is terrible and they don’t care once the payment goes through they take there time and they don’t care about your business and what your losing on. There a selfish Company and it’s sad that places like this exist. They take advantage of people just trying to run there business. That’s what this place offers. Absolutely Nothing. And no time frame on when you will receive your product. I highly recommend no one to shop here.

Color match is excellent, even on my 23+ year old Ford. Using the aerosol sprayer proved to be very easy with good coverage and almost perfect function. I say almost because one canister was DOA with no functionality out of the box. That and the delivery time were the only problems I had, so Kudos. Still rate this as an excellent product and company

Ordered paint for my Honda Odyssey (spray paint), Cadillac CTS (pens), and Ford mustang (Pens). All were a perfect match. The spray paint product gave me the best results, but I only needed to fix some rock chips on the other two cars so I don't want to do any major painting on those.

My order arrived in about 8 days. 8 days shipping is not a problem for me, so not sure what all the shipping complaints are about. It took me 2 years to finally order the supplies to do the job, so waiting a few more days to get a good color match doesn't matter to me!

Beware they have a no return policy which in itself is no problem. The issue is they hide it on a separate page and wedge in the middle of their 15-20 paragraphs. I merely suggested they make it more prominent and they were rude about the whole thing. I was talking to a person higher up and I explained to him that I had talked to somebody they were gonna have a manager called me when I told him that he basically said I was a liar and that for a problem that was this simple there’s no way they would’ve told me a manager would call me. I understand I didn’t read through there book worth amount of terms and conditions they hide in a separate page. My issue here is they claim customer service and satisfaction is their #1 priority. But at my suggestion that if they want to be clear on their no refund policy it should be in a much more visible spot

Everything handled first class

Used my modeling airbrush to spray the primer, paint and clear coat to repair the gouges on bottom of fender. After the primer was applied I filled in the scratches/blemishes with glazing putty; sanded it smooth then re-primed. After sanding the primer a second time the base coat was sprayed and proved to be a perfect match (3 coats). Clear coat spayed well and went on as expected. The clear coat was color sanded and buffed. The final finish exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Automotive Touchup products!

Shipping was slow and product took almost 2 weeks to get. The paint match was very good and clear coat blended well. My only issue was both the paint and clear coat spray cans sputtered during application causing defects in the paint surface that required extra sanding. Finished paint job looks very good.

You have been my go site for touch up and auto finish supplies for over ten years. Always satisfied. This order was to paint accent pieces for my pickup.

Bought color match base coat for my Barcelona Red Toyota Tundra. Wasn't even close to the color after spending a lot of effort on the prep to get a good outcome. Because I didn't paint within 30 days of purchase, they won't stand behind their product. Pretty small timeframe considering they said the paint should be good for 24-48 months. They offered to rush shipping. I told them I'd get a better match at my local hardware store for a few buck. Wouldn't spend another dollar with them. Do yourself a favor and skip dealing with them... it's not a quality product, and they don't give much room to find out and get it corrected.

They sold me lacquer paint and clear for my 72 cutlass supreme after it was painted wet sanded and buffed it developed cracks all over it .I now have to sand out the whole car and repaint. This time I'm buying urethane from a local place thst said thry can mix my color. They offered no help. They guy that painted it has been doing it for 45 years. He'd never seen a supposed ready to spray product as they said it was. I'm out a 1000 bucks in paint and alot of sanding. I won't trust thier products duct again.
