Still Terrible
I bought a Hyundai IX 35 from this bunch about six weeks ago. On driving the car for an hour or two it became obvious there were a number of issues with it. When flagging these to the after sales team I was told via email to forward a quote for the remedial work but not to have any of the work carried out until I heard back from them. I paid £102 for the car to be looked at and then sent them a quote for the work. I have followed up by phone, by email and also using the chatbot online. I have had no response… I am very frustrated, disappointed and would never buy a car from this company again. Do so at your peril!
Update 05-May-26: so after leaving negative reviews I got an email back promising a response on 30-April, called on 1st May and was asked if I would take my negative review down if we came to an agreement, of course I agreed. That is my issue. BUT STILL NOTHING, NADA, ZILCH..
