Absolutely shocking company. Ordered £65 worth of stuff on 28/10/25. Sen multiple emails and still had no reply 10 days later. Don’t waste your time. God knows how I’m going to get my money back. Awful, awful company.

Ordered on the 11/09/25 still not received on the 22/09/25. Sent two emails with no response. Don't waste your money.

I ordered Eibach lowering springs on April 29th, and after hearing nothing for over a week, I emailed for an update. I was told they’d check with the warehouse and get back to me. Later, I was given the false impression that my order was on its way and that tracking details would be sent soon. Fast forward to today, and I had to chase them again for another update, only to be told my order has been cancelled due to stock issues. If I hadn’t followed up multiple times, I would have never been informed. Terrible communication, lack of urgency, and an overall frustrating experience. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

I ordered 4 x VW centre wheel caps at 1.40pm on Friday and they were with me the following lunchtime. Great product, great price and great friendly service. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.

Purchased Dynamic Wing Mirror Indicators for our car at the beginning of July. Price was good and delivery quick, but goods were delivered in damaged packaging. Contacted Auto Passion by email (no answer on mobile) to update and despite automatic email response saying someone will be in touch, I have never received a reply. Anyhow, I had the Indicators fitted by BMW (during other works) on 19th July, but these are not as advertised. The right indicator only illuminates 3/4 of the way, whilst the left side only illuminates 1/2 way. I contacted Auto Passion again by email, and still no answer. Pay a bit extra and get a better product and better service elsewhere. Definitely will not use this company again.

I have tried to make a return of an item I purchased. I have contacted them several times without response.
I will not buy off these again

Had some tesla badges delivered. Upon installation they are not a good fit, stick up quite substantially to the point you can scratch your hand on it when cleaning if not careful. Have reached out to see if just a bad batch, but im getting no reply so quite dissapointed.

Very efficient, professional service and great value. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
