A trusted company that provides the exact products I was needing. A smooth and quick process from setting up my account to receiving my order. Everything was correct and well packaged. The second time I ordered I was needing some more information so I called the number provided on their website, I was put at ease straight away when a lady answered the phone and gave me in depth answers to every question I had and more! A great company!

One of the best wholesalers out there
One of the best wholesalers out there, I bought a job lot and received really nicely wrapped up in bags and bubble wrap on items that could crack and break easily during delivery, I really liked the products and their customer service is amazing, everytime I had a question or concern about the delivery or the products I ordered they would always respond very quickly, I highly recommend. Products in flawless brand new sealed condition.

Awful customer service.Does not respond…
Awful customer service.Does not respond at emails or calls.Send wrong items and they expect buyer to pay for shipping cost on return.Also several times sent me old cosmetics or damaged.
...and search better i had to escalate the case to paypal and pay from my pocket the shipping cost for return.I wont say public my name but you know who is it (case is still active on 27 jan 2024)

Contact phone numbers are on the front page of our website and are current. All phone calls are answered.

This company is now my new favourite! Their website was very well laid out and easy to navigate my way through it. I found every product I was looking for plus more! My pocket didn't moan at the pricing either, bonus! My package arrived on time and every item in there was protectively packaged! I can't wait to use this business again. 5*****

I ordered 4 lip stains. Three of the four were open. I’ve emailed the company 3 times to try and get either a refund or new product, and have yet to get a response.

Very expensive,too many conditions on purchases,the highest delivered cost surcharges ,also they add VAT even for postage cost.

Great company !! Service was brilliant as I don’t speak much English. They really took the time to translate .. the advice me on what color foundation I should use as I’m dark skinned and they sell sleek products to cater for my skin type .. excellent help.

Great customer service, spoke to staff member who was very pleasant and helpful.
Fast delivery and packaged well as I had delicate items in my parcel, care had been taken when packaged.

Very old expired stock
Very old expired stock, rude service, when ordering mixed shades you get more of the unpopular ones plus refused to refund damaged goods.

We never sell old expired stock and we do not refund people that have all ready sold on the stock brought from us as mentioned in phone call.

Cancelled my order for no reason. Ignored my mails where I asked why my order was cancelled.
