They ignore customers and block you if you voice your complaint.
They seem to willfully ignore most, if not all comments and messages from potential customers on social media, where they actively advertise themselves. Then they block your account if you dare to voice your complaint. This is a horrible way to handle customers, not one that evokes trust in this company.
It feels like they are willfully working on discouraging and shunning potential paying customers rather than respectfully enticing them to purchase from them.
Whoever is in charge of PR, they are a terrible choice.
