As always great service here. MOT and service booked. Everything done to time. Staff are polite and helpful. Happy to answer daft questions and I particularly like never being made to feel like a stupid woman in a garage!

Very good staff despite staff shortage. My MOT and wheel alignment check was carried out quickly and efficiently. I was away quickly and I was very pleased with the service provided.

Appointment last Friday to have aircon re-gassed, was told on arrival that machine is out of order. Apparently efforts was made to contact me, none was received. Called again today, machine still faulty, staff was apologetic & said the request to repair was logged, there is no other way to chase this up, it will be repaired in due course. Not good enough! Very disappointed.

Efficient job done by competent mechanics. Always extremely friendly and helpful and no change this time.

The mechanics were helpful as best they could be, I think they were short staffed. My car was booked in for m.ot and service, unfortunately the car needed a new radiator so I had to leave car there but the m.o.t could not be carried out as the machine was broken, so I had to return another day for the m.o.t. Each time I had to travel on public transport bit tricky, but all done now

As a single woman I find a lot of garages think they can rip me off. At ATS Penzance the staff are friendly, professional and helpful. They put you at ease, explain and help when you need help and reassurance.
I would highly recommend this branch of ATS.

Awful service from ATS Penzance. Took car in for 2 new tyres and tracking last week. After tracking car was wandering to nearside when steering wheel was straight. Asked to bring it back to check wear on bushes etc. Took in for them to look at first thing and they knew I needed back asap as I have a journey to make.They didn't look at it until after lunch time and said they thought the problem was with the tracking equipment which had now been recalibrated. They just left it rather than doing it and when I called in they had put another vehicle onto the tracking and it would be at least another half hour. I said i now hadn't got time and they couldn't then find the key to my car. They had given my key to another customer!!! I then had to wait about 40 minutes whilst they traced the customer who then brought it back. No apology and my car still has tracking that is probably out. Utter shambles!!!!!

Ordered 4 x snow tyres 2nd week of December for fitting 4th January, as due to drive to Alps 10th January.
ATS Penzance postponed fitting until 6th January but assured me all was ok.
40mins before fitting they phoned to say tyres were delayed until 12th January, after my departure.
I even visited them the day before to check, and was assured they would be there on time. The workshop was dirty and chaotic. Definitely wont return.
PS...the usual corporate response asking me to contact customer services; how can you put right a spoilt driving holiday and consequently dangerous 2200 mile journey? You had weeks to order and receive the tyres. You also took over a week to refund my money, which you had for over a month

My local branch has always been very helpful and given great advice.
