Wheel Alignment Service Led to Battery Issues
I cisited ATS Euromaster Middlesbrough on 28/11/2024 at 12:30 PM for a wheel alignment on my 2017 Toyota Auris Hybrid. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.
During the alignment process, the staff left all the vehicle lights on, which completely drained the car’s battery. I also noticed that the reverse light, which is usually solid, started blinking. When I pointed this out, they mentioned it was because something had been placed on the brake pedal.
At the end of the service, the battery was entirely drained, and the staff asked if I had a battery charger. I had to purchase one on the spot because I didn’t want to leave the car there overnight with one of the windows left open in freezing 0°C weather. Despite charging the battery, the problem persists.
This has caused me significant inconvenience, and I am extremely disappointed. I hope ATS Euromaster takes responsibility for resolving this issue promptly.

Thorough, friendly service
Thorough checks made of the car and a good job done of full vehicle service. Correctly installed new bulbs and adjusted tyre pressures without needing to be asked. Friendly staff.
