ATS only employ 1 tyre fitter on a Saturday ?
booked for 2 tyre replacements , day before appointment time changed by company as they only employ 1 tyre fitter and too busy. Had tyres fitted and within a day one went down , rang the tyre centre expecting an apology and for them to rectify there error but told I need to book another appointment.
what tyre company only employs 1 tyre fitter who is not capable of putting a tyre on right first time ?
and to make it worse the centre manager doesn't care about customer service and its the customers problem to sort it.

Excellent Service
Excellent service from the moment I walked into the reception area to the point of collecting my vehicle.
New front pads fitted.
They also performed a vehicle safety check that I wasn't expecting, but they told me my vehicle passed it with flying colours.
I have only one criticism, I was expecting a hot drinks vending machine or even a complimentary help-yourself Tea/coffee area as many vehicle servicing centres have this available for the convenience of customers waiting whilst their vehicle is being serviced. Apart from that, perfect.

40 min late and over charged
40 min late to fit 2 new tyres. Made a pre booking to secure the online prices (although paid cash) and was overcharged claiming in store prices are different. Factually correct but I booked over the phone to ensure that stocks were available. Not happy!
