Charged for nitrogen air without being asked. Never even knew nitrogen air was a thing. Had 1 tyre changed and randomly checked the receipt later on and saw the charge.

Booked car for 4 new tyres. Arrived at ATS at the appointed time. Tyres fitted and tracking checked. I Left site 50 mins later. All good. Friendly service.

Needed different tyres for two cars good prices but struggling to get front Nexen tyres which showed up and paid for on your website and refunded which you couldn’t get causing agro for the Aldridge depot
Pothole damage caused me problems as wrecked two tyres on same side and only one emergency wheel
Also had Mot so like local service and they tried their best
