I have ordered 7 pairs over the past 5-6 years I ordered another pair last week it was confirmed but later it was unilaterally cancelled with no explanation customer service. Matthew in customer service at first was very helpful I again tried to place the order but after accepting my 50$ coupon upon checkout the coupon credit disappeared. I decided enough is enough after no longer any response from apl and am switching to on cloud couldn’t be happier.

I’ve never even heard of this brand and have no need for their products. They just started randomly emailing me out of nowhere. I suspect they buy lists of email addresses from somewhere because the amount of spam I’ve been getting lately is ungodly.

The shoe has been fantastic. However, their customer service sucks, especially for such an expensive sneaker. The stitching on my APLs has come off a bit so I sent an email 11 days ago asking if that was something they repair or not. I just need a simple yes or no answer so I can either have them fix it or fix it myself. 4 unanswered emails later even though it says they will respond in 24-48 hours and 2 calls later I get a “we are looking into it”. So I asked if I should wait for a response and the guy goes “yeah might take a few more days but someone should answer” well, awesome! 11 days later here we are. So as an athlete who is willing to splurge $320 on great sneakers, you won’t be getting more $ from me as a customer. The fact that they have such poor customer service ruins the brand! Disappointing!

Shoe sizes are very inconsistent. The exact same shoe in an eight will fit sometimes and other times it takes a 8 1/2 or nine. Have found this true several different times because between my wife and I we’ve ordered a dozen pair. You must have lousy Quality control and it’s causing us to stop buying your shoes.

Appalling customer service. They simply don’t respond to their help email address, but have no problems sending out more promotions via the same help email address.

Not happy. They take an exorbitant amount of time “reviewing” a return. They aren’t near as popular as Nike or adidas, so they cannot possibly be so busy. I get a refund much faster from other retailers. Not my fault APL shoes aren’t located anywhere near me to try on first. I literally sent the shoes back the very same day they were delivered after trying them on and finding out how incredibly overrated this shoe is by yuppies and celebrities. They were not as comfortable as they are touted as being.
