Excellent communication. Bilal made direct contact with me for a recent project, he came back to me quickly following client confirmation and the call was set up efficiently. The client required both follow-up additional information and also requested a follow-up call. Bilal communicated very effectively via phone and e-mail.
Payment is being made promptly and the rate fairly reflects my experience and time in preparing for both calls.

Account Removed Without Clear Explanation & Concerning Payment Feedback
I recently experienced login issues with my Atheneum account and contacted support for assistance. Instead of resolving the issue, I received a message stating that my relationship with the platform had been terminated and my account access was removed.
To be fair, I had not actively used the platform for quite some time. However, the overall handling of the situation felt unprofessional and lacked transparency.
After checking recent reviews and feedback from other experts, I also noticed multiple complaints regarding delayed or problematic payments. That raises concerns about the platform’s current operations and expert relations management.
There are many strong and reliable expert-network platforms available today, so I would recommend professionals carefully evaluate their options before joining.
Just sharing my personal experience.
