Excellent little jump starter. Easy to set up and use, started my car on first attempt. Handy features too, phone charger and torch. Best investment of the year and you also get an extended free warranty, if you choose to take it.

Good so far, two years of warranty. First time using the device, it worked well. I hope it keeps working for a reasonable amount of time.

I purchased AstroAI tire pressure gauge from Amazon about 2 years ago. AstroAI support team was able to identify the issue with it and send me the replacement. There was some issue with shipping, The support team was able to send me new replacement which arrive yesterday.

It appears as advertised, haven’t used it yet though. Since I bought it for my motorcycle, it would be nice if there was a case to hold it all in.

Works well in enclosed shed that gets warm. I put a fan inside to circulate air and the small chiller works better than expected. I use it to have cold cat treats for the feral cats during the hot summer season.

This product is very close to perfection I love it buy this if you need it

I bought the AstroAI DM6000AR digital multimeter which arrived in good time.. upon opening the box and doing a brief continuity test I found that one of the test leads was faulty I contacted AstroAI via their customer service email asking for advice on the best way forward eg full return and exchange or dispatching a replacement part? Within hours I had received a response with an offer of a partial refund to enable me to purchase new leads or to return the item.! as I was more than happy with the AstroAI multimeter I opted for a partial refund which was granted and deposited into my account within 48 hours
AstroAI had thousands of 5 star reviews on this item so I was a little disappointed when the lead was found to be faulty but the customer care was outstanding and I would not hesitate to purchase other products AstroAi Many thank to Lucy (AstroAI customer service) who dealt with my issue in a swift, personal, caring manner ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great customer service. I had a replacement sealer at my door within a week. I sent a video of what was happening with my sealer and they were very quick to respond and send a replacement. Thanks!

I've had several AstroAi products and they have performed well. I did have a connection leak on the tire gauge, and it was beyond the return deadline. Emailed AstroAi and within 24hrs they had responded and provided a remedy for the problem. (Replacement part). What more could you ask if a company than to shame behind their products.

AstroAI make a well engineered tyre inflator with more utility than others. It was a surprise and disappointment to have it fail within 2 years. However, AstroAI was really responsive with my warranty claim and it took just 5 days for claim, verification, response and delivery of a new replacement even better engineered than the last one. I had a problem with a tyre inflator that was just under 2 years old. Contacted the customer service and they were extremely responsive and helpful. From first point of contact to receiving a replacement item under warranty, took only 3 or 4 days and that included a weekend so very impressed indeed
