I purchased the AstroAI cordless tire inflator a while back. After several uses it developed a problem and no longer functioned. I reached out to their customer support team and described the problem and sent them a video showing the problem. Emilia was amazingly supportive and sent me a new replacement. They stand behind their products and their customer support is the best!

Customer service is excellent—very understanding and helpful. I would definitely recommend others to shop your products because you truly deserve it.

The product was very good, well made and worked better than I expected. The extended warranty was a bonus. The instruction document was easy to read and setup was easy. I would definitely recommend this product.

My 18 month old car air pump developed a fault in that the tyre pressure didn’t display. I was going to purchase a replacement but on checking I found it had a 2 year warranty. I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon and had a very positive reply asking me to upload a video of the fault. This I did and their reply was that they would replace the item for me. Next day the replacement arrived by Amazon delivery.

I purchased a tire inflation device from AstroAI offered through Target. I had some questions about shipping delays and called AstroAI; I was assisted promptly. I was instructed to email support and that process was super smooth and my inquiries about shipping details were resolved. FedEx just had not updated tracking information but Astro had shipped the item in question and the item had arrived days before I even knew. The shipping was actually quite speedy. Inflator worked really well with accurate measurements which is rare for a portable. Unfortunately product developed a problem but was replaced quickly with no quibbles. Would definitely recommend both product and company for excellent customer service.
