Turn around on test was too long and…
Turn around on test was too long and they blamed the post service for this.
It took multiple phone calls before another test was sent out with recorded delivery.
Obviously finding results out efficiently is important and it took too long.
They offer a 24 hour result after receiving test mine went across two weeks in the end.
Would not recommend.

There was a problem with Royal Mail…
There was a problem with Royal Mail when we sent our tests, so took longer for results. But as soon as Assure got the tests we had results within 6 hours. Highly recommended

This was an easy process the website was easy to navigate and understand. The Kits were delivered as stated. I Did have to wait alittle longer for the results but that was due to the mail. The results were very detailed and informative. I would highly recommend using assuredna

Company good, royal mail delivery service slowed the process down
Company have been great so far, keeping us up to date with the process, however have still not recieved any results after samples being sent off two weeks ago, royal mail have slowed the process
