I didn’t receive the result the mother did. when I payed with my email address, they didn’t send it to the person who paying for it which I thought was BAD
I think both parties should receive a copy especially the one who paid for it

After 48 hours, if the report has not been shared by the nominated person, anyone who has taken part in the test is entitled to a copy of the test report.

Disappointed with this service wouldn’t recommend
I purchased a DNA kit to find out whether my sister and I shared the same father, which is obviously a very personal and emotional situation. Unfortunately, the entire process has been extremely long-winded and frustrating from start to finish.
Communication and updates have been minimal, and I have felt left in the dark throughout most of the process. After waiting a long time, I still have not received results that feel satisfactory or clearly explained. For something so sensitive, I expected far more professionalism, support, and transparency.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend this company based on my experience.

We bought a second dna test because the person was adamant the dna test was wrong. Both dna tests came back the same. It wasn’t the result we had hoped for but I wouldn’t have needed to do 2 if she’d have been honest.

I have given 1 star simply because the test was not suitable for my query. I wanted to know if my Aunt was a full or half Aunt. The company were excellent, fast delivery, good communication and a full refund provided, however, the lack of any result was disappointing.
