Winter proofing
Assured is a well organised company and communicated with us to confirm the appointment, and advise when the engineer would arrive to service our boiler. The engineer arrived within 10 minutes of the appointed time. The engineer,Dwane was very pleasant and completed the service. The charge was as quoted and we will continue to use Assured Heating. It is a good company.

Great service.
Have used Assured Heating for over ten years. It’s easy to book a service and communication is great. You get a reminder of the appointment and a text naming the engineer who will be calling and roughly what time he/she would be with you. The engineer is always polite, courteous and very tidy! Our engineer Mark was exactly that when he came. The prices are always reasonable and I know that if there is a problem I would get a speedy response.
