A pane of glass in the roof of the conservatory shattered, coming down on my stepson, the company blamed the hot weather in May 2023 and that I had roof blinds.

The conservatory is still under guarantee and they have done nothing to resolve this except promise a call back whenever I contact them.

12 months on and this still has not been resolved.

We recently had 2 patio doors and a window replaced by fitters Dennis and Archie. They were very clean and put floor coverings down throughout. The quality of their work was excellent. AW was not the cheapest quotation but you get what you pay for. I've only knocked one star off because the showroom never once rang back when I left a message on their answering service.

Associated Windows have done such a fantastic job for us from start to finish!

Bill was brilliant with talking us through the different options and finishes available both at the showroom and then at our home.

We were kept up to date with the order & installation date, any questions or queries we had were answered promptly.

The installation team were such lovely guys, they arrived on time every day, were professional, friendly, clean & tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for them, what a great bunch of lads they were!

We are super happy with the end result & are looking forward to a warmer & quieter winter now that the installation is complete.

Good experience at all stages from initial contact Jason, surveyor Eammon and fitters Ian and Nathan. Had two bays and four windows installed, it all went smoothly with the fitters having a positive approach to all aspects of the job. Highly recommended. Bob

At all stages of the project I found Associated Windows to be excellent. Great communication from Jason who was immensely helpful with choosing the style and colour of bifold doors that would suit the property best and the installation team were friendly and efficient and tidy. All in all a great experience!

Second time using associated windows, sales & fitting all went smoothly. Unfortunately after just 6 month we had noticed the door handles have pitted. Contacted the company and submitted a warranty request form in early April- heard nothing. Have contacted the office weekly since May and always told Rob would call us back, which never happens! 14 weeks since we submitted our warranty form and still no contact from Rob nor new handles. Only wish I had read the other reviews relating to after care before we used them again. Unfortunately will be going elsewhere in future and can’t recommend.

We are very happy with our new windows. Our installers, Richard and Atilla did a fantastic job, especially as the new fit was not straightforward due to having to move the windows out further in preparation for external insulation to be installed next. They were great at problem solving and keeping us informed at every stage about what they were doing. They were both a pleasure to have around, extremely polite, tidy and cheerful, despite the sweltering heat they had to work in. Their attention to detail was impressive and we wouldn't hesitate to have them do more work here if it was needed. Thank you Rich and Atilla 🙂👍

We had Origin bifolds from Associated Windows 2 years ago and now more Origin aluminium widows and two Hallmark composite doors. Excellent service from Bill in particular from start to finish, helping us through various changes to design and spec, a professional survey, a good price and efficient installation. Very happy, I strongly recommend.

Had our windows replaced by Associated Windows. Jason was very helpful when we were choosing the style of windows and frames, there is a good range of display in the showroom to help. Luke and his team did a great job fitting the windows, were very careful to ensure minimal damage to the outside of the house which we had been concerned about. There was an issue with the making good in one area inside and some of the hinges we had requested, this took a while and quite a few phone calls to be rectified but all has been sorted by Associated Windows and we are very pleased with the end result. Hoping for a much warmer house this winter.

Very good to deal with. Bill came out to our property three times to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Price was competitive. The fitters, Richard and Atilla, were brilliant - friendly, efficient, tidy. We've had a lot of workmen around our house in the last two years and they were the best by far. Would definitely recommend them.

We have had bi-folding doors in the past and were extremely pleased with their service, so much so that we have not only recommended them to others, but recently we had our front door done by them too. Exceptional service whilst ordering and the installers/fitters were very polite, meticulous and cleaned up after the installation. Will definitely use the company for any future glazing we need doing in the future.

I really can’t praise Associated windows enough. We have just had 5 windows and two doors fitted and the service has been excellent throughout the process. Richard fitted our doors and windows and did a really professional job. Nothing was to much trouble and he checked several times during the process to make sure we were happy with his workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

We had large bifolds and doors and a window. From start to finish the team have been very helpful. Installation went extremely smoothly communication was good too. We’d definitely recommend them

This is the 4th time I've used Bill and Associated windows. Another fantastic job done, really pleased with how it looks. Great service, great price, great finish and very professional. Can't recommend enough - will definitely be using again.

Just had bifold doors and new windows fitted by a fabulous team.
They were professional, friendly, hard working, and managed the job admirably on a tricky site with limited access. They cleaned everywhere thoroughly after each days work and couldn’t have been more accommodating. A pleasure to have worked with them and the end result is fantastic.
