Received goods on day as expected and…
Received goods on day as expected and at price advertised. So far excellent, product looks like new re packaging but at the moment I haven’t opened the package as I’m waiting for my birthday to arrive! My wife’s rules😁. So I unfortunately can’t comment on what’s inside the box at this stage.

Renewed product simply means..
Renewed product simply means "used" but to the point of not even being reset (earphones shows up with a name of previous user). I didn't expect that. Still reasonably priced.

Perfect experience
I'd never heard of this company before so was a bit wary of the deal I got being too good to be true. Nevertheless, I thought I'd give it a try, making sure I paid via PayPal to protect myself as the speaker I wanted to buy was over £100 cheaper than the retail price. I needn't have worried at all! The speaker is perfect, the delivery time was prompt and I was kept informed throughout the whole buying process. I will definitely be looking here again when I need to buy!

Good experience all round
Shopped around all the major retailers to get the best price for a new tv. Never visited this retailer before but was very impressed by the web site and of the service AskDirect offered. Tv ordered and delivered within three working days. Kept fully informed of delivery dates and times and got exactly what I wanted at a very competitive price. Happy days!

Very poor courier service
The item was dispatched in good time and UPS had messaged me to say they would deliver on 18/06/24. Tracking and text messages indicated that the item was on track. After waiting in all day I received a message to tell me my package had been delayed even though it was allegedly out for delivery. The new delivery date was for the following day however I was not going to be home. The item I purchased was for this planned short holiday which did not arrive. I rescheduled delivery for the 24/06/2024 when I returned but am now unable to track the item.
Couriers appear to be getting more and more unreliable.

Never heard of this company
Never heard of this company , but when I purchased this Sony HT-S2000 sound bar at a Hugh discount as it was an "open box" I was wondering just what would I receive . No worries this purchase was clean and genuine , and what a buy and it turns out to be a good company and worth buying from .
