We bought headphones in 2021 with a 3 year guarantee...this was longer than any guarantee on line. The guarantee was due to expire end of Nov 24 and the headphones had stopped charging.

The company replied to my enquiry very quickly. We didn't have the original case or lead but the company provided us with not only a new headphone set but a case and charging lead.
