We’re a family-run business with an experienced, friendly team of staff who have been with us for many years. In the twelve years we’ve been trading, we’ve helped many people to pick the right product, from a new TV or cinema to the perfect camera or camcorder for capturing those special moments. We’re not simply an online retailer – we also operate four Sony Centres as well as a multi-brand store. Visiting us will give you the chance to try out and compare products, and our knowledgeable team is always on hand if you need help or advice. Ordered a TV for black friday on the…

Ordered a TV for black friday on the 28th November, as of the 9th December it still isn't here and with no idea when it's coming. Unprofessional and dodgy practices such as never receiving a delivery confirmation or timeslot, just a phone call from the company who promised a delivery date that came and went without the TV arriving.

I'm not sure what this company is, but to me it seems very tin pot and unprofessional. They are either incompetent or scammers, and only time will tell which one it is at this point. They offered a discount on the product that was better than their competitors but the cost seems to be an extra payment in sanity.

Very good customer service when you call them.

I originally bought headphones through Amazon and DPD messed up the delivery and returned them...i spoke with Pritti at the customer service line and she was super helpful. I bought another pair, she sent them overnight to me via Royal Mail and I received them the next day. Now waiting for my refund of the first pair. DPD were useless. Can't fault the ASK service

Excellent service. Prompt delivery and best price available. Product itself a little disappointing but that’s not down to supplier.

Delayed delivery then cancelled order.

Placed an order was shipped and then stuck in transit. No contact from the company until I initiated it. Then 2 weeks later they say parcel been lost in transit and refunded me. Waste of time. All sounds like they didn't want to let me have a discounted item. No offer of alternative or goodwill gesture . Would not use again

Ordering was easy. I was kept updated with my delivery details.
The hoover is perfect for my daughter, she's very happy with it. Great little hoover.
