I was a bit slow getting started. I need specific instructions on anything technical but the lead got me through it. Interesting topic and I hope they heed some of he things I said, like if you close a road, be specific about the alternative(s) and how to get to planned destination.

Easy site and app to navigate, simple questions to enter a survey or 1 on 1 chat. They send reminders for upcoming sessions, which I like. I wasn't unsure of a few things - of video link delivery or timezone, but their website has these answers and was really easy to find.

Askable is a really great innovative research company. The setup is user friendly, making it very straight forward for any age to navigate and they have an App!!
My experience with Askable was very seamless. From answering a very user friendly survey to then being booked in to a session with a facilitator. The reminders are really helpful and there were no errors with using the platform.
The questions that were asked were very direct and easy to understand. I had no issues in answering the questions, and overall happy with my reward I received at the end of it. I recommend this to anyone that is happy to share their thoughts, experience or views on a particular topic.
