It is easy to use and they have good quality and number of studies.

This is my first time doing interview with Askable research. It’s been a good experience. Thank you for this opportunity.

Askable provide great opportunities for those of us who want to be able to contribute to businesses from our unique experiences. The website makes it easy to find sessions that are appropriate to each person. The process to become involved is intuitive.

Askable is easy to interact with. They offer lots of opportunities which are updated regularly giving plenty of options to participate. The options of where to use the payments are great too. Highly recommend.

It was simple and easy to talk to facilitator

Avoid the London office. It is a toxic cesspool of micromanagement and bullying. There’s an insecure tyrant ‘leader’ that thrives on belittling junior sales managers, crushing any chance of professional growth. The environment is suffocating—you’ll be under constant scrutiny with zero support to do your job effectively. While the product is good, the so-called “leaders” in the London office are utterly incompetent and downright destructive. Proceed only if you enjoy being set up to fail and gaslit.

I did one online survey on Insurance - The people concerned were great - questions and answers flowed back and forth - very relaxing and easy and the time went so fast, thanks for the opportunity to earn some much-needed extra cash and in an interesting and informative way.

This is a great company. The surveys and interviews are very interesting and it’s great that you get paid a decent amount of money. Money comes into your account within three days, a wonderful system. I love it!

Just did a video session. Great interview, lovely welcoming staff too. Such an awesome way to give feedback and ideas and be paid for you're time. Look forward to my next one.

Member for about 2 years, receive constant texts about possible surveys/focus groups but have never been selected for any that I have applied for. Such a disappointment and waste of time.

The concept of askable is brilliant. Consult a firm and get paid within 15
Minutes. The customer service is atrocious. They take so long to resolve the most simple of queries. Very disappointing.

I recently took part in an online focus group about finance. I was given several reminders of the date and starting time of the session which was so helpful. It started and finished exactly on time and was very professionally run by the mediator who was also very friendly and engaging. It was also very enjoyable to get the opinions of others as well as giving my own. At the end of the 90 minute session I was delighted to see that I was paid extremely promptly through Paypal. I couldn't recommend Askable highly enough based on my experience.

As a new member of Askable, my experience is disappointing. The platform’s interface is confusing, and I encountered several technical issues. Customer support is very slow to respond, and the overall user experience did not meet my expectations. I hope improvements are made to enhance usability and support for new users.

I would highly recommend askable as a participant, I attended an online focus group today, it was fun and exciting. I received my reward into my PayPal account 20 minutes after completing the task. Thank you Askable!

This is one of the genuine and honest market research companies that are legit and not a scam. You have a couple of options to be paid one is in e-gift vouchers and the other is PayPal. They are by the fastest market research companies to pay out, within minutes after completing the job you get a notification that you have been paid x $ into your PayPal account. Recently completed another job, I highly recommend them.

I had a disappointing experience with Askable as a client. They failed to deliver on their promises, and the project timeline exceeded expectations by threefold. One of the researchers assigned to our project lacked key competencies and was clearly not equipped to deliver the required results, and the final presentation was all over the place.

Before signing the contract, the account managers promised the world, but once we were onboarded, communication became sparse, and it felt like we were left to fend for ourselves. The recruitment process was especially slow, with broken communication and significant delays in finding suitable candidates.

Be cautious and make sure to vet the researchers thoroughly if you decide to work with Askable, as the quality of the talent provided can vary significantly.

Overall, the service was far from what was advertised, and it caused more headaches than solutions. I would not recommend Askable based on my experience and I will stay away from them in the future.

I enjoy participating in the surveys that are relevant to me. They're easy to understand, interesting and informative. The seamless process from registering for a survey to payment upon completion, makes it all stress-free for me. Thanks to their wonderful team.

These folks are legit :) I was hesitant at first but a) they really paid me b) the surveys are sometimes for big NZ companies market testing secret upcoming things to get feedback. Love it! Only time I ever had an issue they dealt with it promptly.

They didn't ask me to write this review, I was on here looking at something else and remembered that these folks I had initially doubted but now trust.

PS Okay the "Emily" thing is probably a fake name, but that's fine. Hopefully at least one person identifies as Emily in the company somewhere?
